Nothing too fancy here; just a well-rounded general purpose laptop. If it can be found for a deal, Id recommend this. For myself however, I will have to return/exchange for a new one because of a cosmetic defect on the mousepad on mine straight out of the box (Refer to attached photos)

I bought this to replace my old Macbook Air from 2014. Its way smoother. Transfer from Mac to Windows was the only pain.

I purchased this laptop for an all in one and it definitely is! I really enjoy the fact it can be a laptop or a tablet. Tho it is a bit heavy for a tablet but that is expected. I really like the touchscreen! I can’t wait to do our taxes and book keeping on it!

Updates cause crashing

Computer is great until it has an update, then it just crashes and stops working so I have to go through the trouble of dealing with that each update

Software update issues, units would download software updates but errors would occur during the installation. This happened on 2 identical units.
