I’m really impressed with this TV! The picture quality is amazing, especially for the price. The MiniLED display is bright and sharp with great colors. Roku is easy to use, and setup was quick and simple. The 65-inch size looks great, and everything has worked perfectly so far. I definitely recommend this TV if you want great picture quality and features without spending a fortune.

I’m really happy with this Hisense 65-inch Mini-LED TV! The picture looks great, the colors are vibrant, and the brightness is excellent. Movies and shows look amazing on the big screen, and the sound is pretty good too. For the price, I think it’s a great TV and definitely worth it. I’m glad I bought it! I replaced an older Hisense 65” TV with this one. The original one had Google TV for it's OS, which I always hated. Thankfully Hisense has started using the Roku platform for it's streaming application. Combine the 65” size with the miniLED technology at a very affordable price point and you have a winning combination. This TV has a beautiful display. The MiniLED design means you get a lot of the best of both worlds (between LED and OLED). It offers the highest brightness of the three types, so it's perfect in well lit rooms. It has virtually zero burn in to worry about. It offers good off axis viewing as well, so it's a good choice for larger rooms that have more spread out seating. Direct lit backlighting means it has hundreds of thousands of individual dimming zones so the blacks are more accurately placed which increases the overall picture quality. On top of all that, it has an anti-reflective screen that means there is no screen reflection whatsoever. The colors are deep and true looking. Everything I've watched on it from movies to YouTube videos to sports are crystal clear and bright. And it offers a wide array of added video benefits with things like Dolby Vision, HDR10, Filmmaker mode and an AI driven 4K upscaler that makes even non-4K content look great. The pretty standard inputs include 3 HDMI 2.0 ports (one of which is an eARC port), a LAN connection for wired Ethernet, 1 optical digital out and a USB-A port. There's also an RF F-connection for coax cable or antenna. It also comes with Wi-Fi 5 for anyone needing wireless capability. It does have two internal speakers for people that don't use an external audio system. You can use the included feet to set it on top of a cabinet, or you can mount it on the wall via the 400 x 300 VESA mount with your own wall mount hardware. I chose this method and it hangs easily weighing only about 38 pounds. The bezels are very, very thin and even when off, the TV looks great on the wall. Very sleek and modern design. One thing worth mentioning is that the back side is flat without any wonky protrusions that sometimes make wall mounting difficult. Because of this, it's also easy to use LED tape lighting on the back for a more theater like look. The Roku platform is just plain awesome. I have it on the majority of my TVs and it just makes everything so much simpler to set up and navigate. Roku has made a career on building the easiest and most intuitive infrastructure out there. I use this TV 100% as a streaming device. I have no live feed on this one, and don't need it because of what it's used for and where it's located. Adding any streaming channel you can think of, is simple and straightforward. You can customize 'til you hearts content on the home screen, and set it up how you want to see everything displayed. For me, since I only use it for streaming content it was an easy setup. I have one HDMI cable that goes to the eARC HDMI connection on my AVR and that's it. All the audio is sent to the AVR and the Roku remote works flawlessly to control the volume (through the AVR). The remote is highly responsive and you can scroll through channels or selections as fast as you like. It only comes with the basic Roku remote (not the voice remote), but if you really want the voice features you can purchase the upgraded remote for not a lot of money. I actually did this for one of our other TVs, and it was crazy simple to swap. In fact I want to say it just worked. The one I bought has backlit buttons as well as voice capabilities. I like the Hisense TVs. They bring a lot of quality features to the table for a very reasonable price. On top of that they look beautiful. The anti-glare screen works perfectly and allows this TV to be used in a brightly lit room without anyone having to be in the “bad” spot due to the reflections. Really great upgrade in operating platform too. This runs rings around the Google system I had before.

Full disclosure, prior to trying the Hisense M7 MiniLED Smart TV I had never considered buying a TV that wasn't one of the big three brands I grew up with. I was surprised to find that the performance of the M7 is much better than anticipated, and outperforms an older LED big three brand that I had in my master bedroom prior. TL;DR - The MiniLED / Hi-QLED combo yields amazing brightness and does not carry the burn in risk of OLED. The embedded Roku platform isn't terrible, while it doesn't require a credit card to activate an account, there are a few areas that target upselling and can have brief periods of lag. The anti-glare coating makes this good for rooms with significant light or for use outdoors. Pros: Super bright, nearly zero glare with enough brightness to be viewed outdoors Dual feet placement if you do not have a long console, options are 15" spacing or 49" spacing Fast peripheral setup Native support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG combined with Hisense's Hi-QLED Color technology gives this TV a premium viewing experience Cons: The included stand feet are flimsy (note that you can wall mount if desired) If gaming, the 60Hz refresh rate is a bit lackluster, even with the software motion enhancement Not sure if interface or wifi, but have experienced periods of app lag In the box is the TV, TV stand feet, power cable, remote, and paperwork. Setup is more like a laptop in that you need to go through the settings to set up / port a Roku account, preferences, app selection, and wifi. As for the build, while the stand feet are sketchy, the build overall isn't bad, the shell feels durable enough to adequately support the 40 lb weight of the TV if wall mounted. I do not have space to wall mount, and while I complain about the feet because I wish they felt sturdier, I haven't had any issues with the cats being able to shake the TV when they bump it. On the back are 3 HDMI, one LAN, one Optical, RF Antenna, and a USB-A port. The TV also runs WIFI 5 protocol, which if your internet speeds support, means that you shouldn't have any issues with streaming 4K UHD movies. I'm on 1 Gbps service and have yet to experience any streaming issues. The Roku interface experience is surprisingly hassle free. Using the eARC port and quick add settings I can control my soundbar via the TV remote. Next, the Roku account setup didn't block me when I declined to not enter a credit card. Lastly, being new to Roku, I found that the home screen with my preferred streaming apps was quick to set up and intuitive to navigate. There are additional features inside the Roku app to include games, screensavers, and the ability to transfer control to your phone versus the remote. As for visual performance, the most stand out aspect is that this screen is bright. I could easily put this in my sunroom or outdoor patio and have vivid color and high contrast without washout. Since I have it in my bedroom, I did change the settings to reduce the brightness when watching at night because of this. The biggest surprise was the 4K UHD quality to include the upscaler for shows that weren't filmed in 4k, the near OLED level black, and the HDR formats (HDR10+ & HLG) that improve the contrast, color, and brightness. While I feel compelled to mention the 2 speakers with 20W output, I equate them to the same level of effectiveness of laptop speakers, yes they are there, but no they do not enhance your viewing experience. I did test this briefly for gaming, but honestly I'm 100% a PC gamer, so hard for me to speak to how a console gamer would enjoy this TV. There wasn't tearing, but I missed some of the buttery smooth graphics I get from my gaming PC. Bottom line, if you want to pay more for platform features, premium fitment, a gaming specific build, or just to spend money on a big three brand, so be it. If you want a high quality viewing experience, deep contrast, OLED level black, and brightness that your neighbors can see, this is a great TV.

The Hisense 65" Class M7 MiniLED Series Hi-QLED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV (2026) is an phenomenal budget friendly smart TV, with many features to make this a recommended pick for your next smart TV. I currently own a few other Hisense TV's, the anti-glare screen appears to be improved over the previous generation screens. The picture quality is much better than expected for a TV in this price range. I believe this is due to the Mini-LED and Hi-QLED color. You can also fine tune the picture to your liking or environment through the very easy to access and navigate menu's. I've scrolled through the various modes, and they all work great, but I have settled on using Roku's Smart Picture. it automatically selects the picture mode and quality for the content your are viewing with very little tweaking. Overall I'm satisfied with this mode. The AI 4K Upscaling is also a feature I really appreciate. I subscribe to a TV streaming service that most of the content is streamed in 1080p. This TV does and excellent job of upscaling the shows I'm watching, making it almost like 4K. It's not perfect, but it's a dramatic improvement over the original picture. The AI upscaling also works very well with my retro gaming systems, but sometimes there is noticeable lag between the input from the controller and what happens on the TV, but it sure does look good. This TV also has a game mode you can enable, which also improves the picture quality and motion. It's says in the description that in can add input lag, but I have not noticed this being an issue for me, granted I was playing 8-bit and 16 bit games, so it may be an issue on the current level gaming systems. I was leery about the Roku smart TV platform, having owned one a while back, but I'm happy to say that it's come a long way. It's on par with the other platforms, and in some ways better because of the simplicity of how everything works. Being able to change the theme and backgrounds is a nice feature that I enjoy. For example, I have a Halloween theme going on right now, and I really enjoy that. The one and only shortfall of this TV for me is the sound. It's very basic and underwhelming. It will get you by, but to be honest, investing in a soundbar or some powered speakers would be a good way to vastly improve your experience. Changing the preset sound profiles makes minor changes that in all honesty don't do much. In my opinion you would be doing yourself a disservice not doing something to improve the sound with a TV picture as nice as this one.

I knew I needed to upgrade the sports viewing in the Man Cave as the current TV was about 14 years old. Still works, still looks good, but small and slow. The Hisense 65" TV really suited us, in both price, weight and extremely good quality. Plus, we already streamed on ROKU, so it was a no-brainer. The TV was delivered by Roy, my BestBuy delivery guy! He looked a bit skeptical when I told him to take the TV to the barn until he went inside. haha. Anyway, first things first--- do NOT lay the tv flat for any length of time. I'm not sure how that causes damage, but it does. Next, cut the three straps on the box, open the top and take out the top styrofoam tray; this has the feet and controller for the tv. Next, with help just lift the big box upward and you are unpacked. Simple and easy. The tv comes with feet so that you can place it on a dresser, chiffarobe or buffet. We are hanging ours on the wall (as soon as the swivel mount comes in). If using a wall mount, be sure that it will handle a 65" TV that weighs 40 pounds. Setting up the TV with ROKU was a snap. Plug it in, connect to the internet, answer some easy questions and login with your ROKU account (which is free!). Then, set up your preferences and users and you are golden. If you set up with the wrong ROKU account (which we did), it's an easy fix-- just restore factory settings from the menu and then use the correct account. Now, the color and sound is fabulous. On the sound, we found it fabulous without attaching a soundbar, but you could as the TV contains various hookups for HDMI, optical sound and more. Which brings us to the controller. When we first started a program, it was SUPER loud at 48. I grabbed the remote and could not find the volume controls...... until I looked at more closely at the remote. The volume controls (louder, softer, mute) were on the SIDE of the remote and were hard to see. This is my one unliked thing about the TV. Maybe they should make the side buttons a different color, like purple, so that they are visible. The picture is great. Whether you are watching college football, the MLB playoffs, WNBA or a thriller movie, this HIsense TV will be adaptable and beautiful to your needs. I also appreciate how you can bring in your other subscriptions, like Netflix, YouTube, Britbox, etc, This makes accessing the full panoply of entertainment possible. Overall, for price, quality and ease of use, I give this television a firm Five-star rating. The price point is so good you will have plenty of funds to pay your streaming costs~! Enjoy!

I’ve been using the Hisense 65-inch M7 MiniLED 4K Roku TV for a little over two weeks now, and so far, I’m really liking it. It’s been a nice addition to our living room, especially when we all sit together to watch something. The 65-inch screen is a good size for our living room. Watching movies, TV shows, and YouTube videos is much more enjoyable on a bigger screen. Family movie nights are definitely more fun this way. It gives you that mini home theater feeling right at home. One thing I immediately noticed after turning it on was the picture quality. The colors look vibrant, and the details are nice and clear. The screen also gets bright enough for comfortable daytime viewing. I particularly like how movies look, especially scenes with a mix of bright and dark areas. The MiniLED technology helps with contrast, and nature videos look great too because the colors really stand out. After using it regularly for a couple of weeks, I’ve found myself using it for all kinds of things, from watching my favorite shows in the evening to putting on YouTube videos when the family is around. The 4K picture looks sharp, especially when the content is available in 4K. I’ve also been using Netflix, Sling, and Prime Video on the TV, and I like how easy it is to move between the different apps. Since Roku is already built in, I don’t need to connect a separate streaming device to watch my favorite content. Everything is available in one place, and the menu is pretty straightforward. It makes the whole experience simple and convenient. Another useful feature is the option to use your phone as a remote. It’s nice to have that alternative available if you can’t find the regular remote when you need it. The sound is fine for everyday TV watching, whether it’s a show or a regular movie. If you want fuller, more powerful sound for action movies, though, a soundbar would be worth considering. Overall, after a little over two weeks with this TV, I’m happy with what it offers. The big screen, vibrant picture, 4K resolution, and built-in Roku make it a convenient choice for everyday entertainment. I also like that I don’t need a lot of extra equipment to get started. If you’re thinking about getting a new TV for your living room, especially one the whole family can enjoy, the Hisense M7 65-inch MiniLED Roku TV is definitely worth checking out. For me, having a clear picture, good colors, and easy access to all my streaming apps makes a real difference in everyday use.

We were in need of a new television since the last one we had last only 5 years before we saw dead pixels. I have heard of Hisense, so I was eager to try it out since this is a MiniLED with Hi-QLED. As an average consumer, I wanted a television that I know wasn’t going to break the bank but still be able to delver a wonderful entertainment experience, that still has amazing display and picture quality. Setting up was pretty standard, with the IO on the right side (left side when looking at the television). Three HDMIs, which is nice to have but I feel they could’ve added a couple more. The bezel on this is thin which I like, so you get more screen in front of you. What really impressed me with how this television performs when you are sitting in front of it. When powered on, you already see the Roku service built right in. You also have access to all of the other streaming service apps. Navigating around the Home screen is very fast and responsive. The brightness is very good on this, especially in our well lit living room. It’s been a joy watching tv shows and movies on this as we are treated with a very nice picture quality. Changing the settings around based on your preferences will adjust the color and brightness. When watching in HDR mode, I have this nice vivid screen which makes it really bright, especially when watching sports or shows that are traditionally on the darker side of filming. This has good viewing angles, so if you are on the side or in front, you are still treated with a good viewing experience. What was also very cool to see is the screensaver that turns on when you have it on idle. A panorama of a city and river landscape moves slowly from right to left, and it is full of movie (both classic and contemporary) easter eggs. What I didn’t like about the M7 is the leg supports. They are on the low side so if you are using it with a soundbar in front of the television, it will interfere with the remote control. My previous television had about a 3 inch space between the bottom of it and the surface of display stand. Here, it is about 2 inches and I have nowhere else to put it. To me, this means that the M7 was designed to be installed on the wall. The sound of the television itself is nice and crisp, with the sound bouncing off the back. So if you don’t have a soundbar or are having the same issue as I am, you can have a great experience listening with the built in speakers. Overall, this is a great TV that gives you more than what you paid for.

I upgraded from a 50-inch TV and couldn’t be happier with the larger screen and picture quality. The anti-glare works great! I can comfortably watch with the blinds open without distracting reflections. The Mini LED display delivers deep blacks and vibrant colors. Overall, I’m very happy with this upgrade!

This is my 2nd "Inexpensive" Hisense TV, and they continue to impress. TV is bright, interface is snappy, Picture Quality is Above Average. Added this TV to my Patio and everyone is loving it. While this won't ever be a Home Theater TV, it is more than sufficient for a bedroom, patio, gameroom, etc...

Very happy with it, great picture quality. Only gripe I have is that the local dimming should be set to high by default, otherwise the blooming is pretty bad, but that is easily fixable

Think tv really got me. The price, the quality of the picture, the brightness, the features. Everything about it makes it make sense. Don’t pass on this tv for the bigger brands. This is a great steal!

This TV has great picture and great quality sounds for the price it's at. The Roku built in is amazing and the TV works very fast. I highly recommend getting this TV.

This 65” miniled tv performs so much better than you would expect at this price. It is an amazing value. The screen gets very bright and HDR really enhances the picture. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and HLG. This helps with contrast and combined with the miniled black colors are very dark. The screen also has an anti reflective coating. More manufacturers need to do this. I don’t see any difference in quality and I can use the tv in a bright room and see the screen easily. Viewing angles are also very good. There is also an AI enhancement which can help to clear up and enhance picture quality. There is built in 4k upscaling which has worked well for increasing quality of 720p and 1080p content. Game mode plus helps to reduction motion using VRR and ALLM. The refresh rate is 60hz, but I’ve been using a PlayStation 5 with the tv and it looks great. At this price 60hz refresh rate is an expected trade off in features to value. The sound is decent, but I find that it struggles in a large room. This is expected and using it with a soundbar is what most people would likely do. It has an HDMI arc/earc port and the soundbar connection was easy and worked without any additional setup. It also supports AirPlay, which is great for casting your iPhone or iPad to share. This is really convenient for sharing photos with a group, it has worked reliably. I like that it has the Roku operating system. It is familiar and easy to use. Anybody can pick up the remote and understand how to get to apps, change the input, etc. This tv is just a really great value for the performance and features that you are getting. Easy to recommend that you try this.

Hisense may not be a real popular brand, but looks as good as every other tv. Just on the normal settings is exactly what looks most realistic.
