So far so good. Unit performs as it should and always parks against the wall for easy retrieval. The app is a great way to preset the cleaning pattern and check the charge status.

Great cleaner, love that it is cordless and with the supplied hook attachment for cleaning pole, makes it a breeze to get it back out of the pool.

Good product, very easy to use because it has no cables, but the only drawback is the battery life.

The Wybot C1 Pro Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner was tested in my 18,000 gallon in-ground swimming pool. I reside in South Florida and my pool is “open” year-round, meaning that I have a need to constantly maintain, brush, and clean my pool.
Upon receiving the product, I immediately charged, and downloaded the Wybot app. The app set up and installation was easy and uneventful. In order for the app to communicate with the Wybot, it must be out of the water and not submerged. This means that you should preset all the cleaning parameters prior to submersion.
One of the features which I love is that the unit is totally cordless! No more tangled cords and running the risk of an accidental electrocution or shock. The unit is fairly compact and seems to be manufactured fairly well.
The Wybot can handle the cleanup of debris such as smaller leaves, sand, and dirt. In my particular pool the Wybot didn’t do a one hundred percent job in its scrubbing of algae from the pool walls. It did a decent job but I still have to rely on some manual brushing.
Please note: the Wybot does not capture and remove fine algae. You will have to rely on your pools filter to accomplish that task.
The Wybot has several programmable cleaning modes such as wall cleaning, floor cleaning and a combination of both. You should be advised that you can’t utilize the app to communicate with the Wybot when it’s underneath the water. You have to ensure your preset pattern and cleaning commands are set prior to using the robot.
My pool measures 30 feet by 15 feet and the Wybot is very capable of cleaning my entire pool on a single charge. My pool lacks some of the obstacles such as a ladder or handrails, however I do have a set of 3 stairs. The stairs are a problem for the unit. I observed the Wybot climbing them but when the unit reached the pools bottom it left and skipped its cleaning of the area adjacent to the stairs. It also failed to clean the stairs in a satisfactory manner. It is for this reason that I have rated this product with 4 stars.
In closing, I’m impressed with the Wybot despite some of its cleaning deficiencies. It is a well built and easy to operate. The product is wireless and pretty efficient. I particularly admire the generous 2-year warranty which indicates to me that the manufacturer stands behind its product

I purchased this unit in December, but it failed just 7 months later. Best Buy would not let me return it and directed me to Wybot support. They have been stringing me along for three weeks and refuse to return my emails. It looks like I’m going to be out $538 on this one.

We were excited to have one for our pool. However, the unit was damaged when we received it. After hours of speaking with the manufacturer's customer service, we were informed that the unit was defective and that they could not provide us a replacement because we had purchased it through a third-party retailer. Thankfully, BB accepted the return without issues.

Compared thus with a Tiger Shark pool cleaner - this is useless- i have a small pool so it should work but didnt really pick up leaves or dirt -had to place it into the pool 4-5 times and also cleaned it manually -why? Because you have to charge it constantly since it doesnt do a good job -first time ive returned anything back to best buy.

I got the Wybot C1 Pro cordless pool cleaner because one of my absolute least favorite things to do is vacuum my pool. Dragging out the hose, vacuum head, pole, and skimmer attachment is always such a pain. No more now that I have this gem! It is exactly what I was hoping it would be so far, although since we are near the end of the season it has only been used a few times. Setup and connection to the app is simple and intuitive. The app itself could use some improvement but it is functional. I personally have had better luck changing modes using the button on the vacuum itself rather than using the app. It obviously won’t connect to Bluetooth underwater, so if it’s coming up anyway, I might as well use the physical button to change something instead of trying to fiddle with my phone. Anyway, the suction power and cleaning are better than I expected. Our pool has a vinyl liner, and it climbs the walls without problem and even gets up onto our wedding cake steps, although cleaning there is a bit spotty because of the size of the machine versus the size of the steps. Not a deal breaker at all though. The battery life has been sufficient to get a full cleaning and it takes about 4-5 hours to recharge when it’s dead. My only real complaint thus far is with the filter door on top. It is quite difficult to open and I have had an occasion where I swore I was going to break it trying to get it opened as the handle doesn’t seem to come up enough to actually release the latches. It seems kind of flimsy and poorly designed which is unfortunate given the rest of the build. Maybe it will get better with use and loosen up a bit to be easier to open, but only time will tell. Otherwise, I have been really impressed and happy I have moved into the robot pool cleaning phase of life since I’ve been there inside my house for years. Wish I had made the plunge sooner.

Great Cordless Pool Vac

The Wybot C1 Pro Cordless Robotic Pool vacuum works well for keeping your in-ground pool clean. Setup is easy - just fully charge, install the app (if you wish), and start cleaning. It takes about 2.5 hours to clean which is roughly the same amount of time the vacuum will run before running out of juice.
The app allows you to set the cleaning mode (floor, floor and walls, eco floor, etc.) which is great as it is much easier to verify the correct cleaning mode than clicking the button on the vacuum. The app also quickly shows you the charging status though I which it would have push notifications for when the vacuum is fully charged. Would also be great if the app would notify you when cleaning is complete so you could retrieve the vacuum to recharge (but understand wireless signals likely won’t work under water).
The vacuum does a nice job cleaning the pool. Picking up leaves, small twigs, dirt, and sand. It does climb the walls to clean the water line which is a nice feature. It struggled some as it hit the stairs as it climbed them getting up on the sun deck where it was half out of water and stopped.
When the cleaning is done, the vacuum goes to the wall to make it easier to retrieve with the included plastic hook that attaches to a standard pool pole. It is easy to retrieve but be sure to let all the water drain before pulling it fully out of the pool.
The basket is very easy to clean. Take it out, open it open and shake out the large debris, then give it a quick spray down.
Overall the Wybot C1 Pro is a great pool vacuum. If there was anything I could ask for with this vacuum is that it would have a better battery life - enough to at least get two full cleaning cycles out of a charge.

This is my first robotic pool cleaner and I have to say that I am very happy with the cleanings that it has done so far. I think it is a very good option, especially if you are building a pool. Instead of having to get a booster pump installed, which run between $300 and $700, and getting a pressure side pool cleaner, like a Polaris ($600), this Wybot Cordless Robotic cleaner is a much better option.
Out of the box, there is not much that you need to do to get the robot ready for its first run. The two main things to accomplish to get started is to charge the robot, took 3 hours, and to download the Wybot app. With the app you can choose the type of cleaning that you want. You can have just the floor done or the entire pool, floor and walls. You can also program it so it can clean multiple days, provided it has enough charge. I have a 15k gallon pool and for my first run I had it clean the both floor and walls. it is very cool to see it climb up the walls and scrub them. With the app, you can also choose the pattern that you need it to clean. Maintenance is very easy as well. Just remove the debris basket and wash it out with a hose. For my next run, I just had it clean the floors (eco mode) and it left the floors debris free. I still have enough juice to make at least 2 more runs. I like this Wybot robot cleaner than my Polaris 280 because it can do more. It not only picks up debris, but also scrubs your pool. I also enjoy choosing the pattern to best clean your pool, instead of the randomness of the Polaris. The only downside to the Wybot robot is that it struggled a little bit with the steps, but it managed to work it's way out of them.
Overall, I am very please with this Wybot robot pool cleaner. I highly recommend this robot if you are in the market for pool cleaner to get the job done.

Every once in a while, you buy a product that exceeds your expectations....this is one of those times
Stopped by the local Best Buy for another product and saw this cleaner. I needed a new one, and I knew nothing about this brand. I went through the specs and gave it a try on-line
The product showed up on time and the packaging was simple and effective. Everything was perfect and the unboxing was not excessive. The parts were clearly marked and included was a QRG along with a short manual
Put the unit on a charger while I hit the QR code and downloaded the app
Seriously, it took about 60 seconds to download the app, connect to the cleaner and put it onto my wireless network. Connected the first time and was super quick
The Apple app was simple, intuitive, easy to navigate and had simple graphics to show you what the set-up is
The app also gave a recommendation and I said that looks good, and confirmed
Let it charge overnight and dropped it in the pool the next day
Let the unit sink and air bubbles stop and it was on it's way
Instead of replacing a pool side pressure pump, I should have done this long ago
