Hi there! I’m sorry to hear your Wyze Solar Panel stopped working after only a few months. That’s definitely frustrating.

Please check that the cable is securely connected, the panel is getting direct sunlight, and try plugging the camera directly into power to confirm the camera charges normally. If the panel still doesn’t work, please contact support so we can check your warranty and help with a replacement.
