almost everything with Patrick Stewart in it is amazing

I'd seen the movies previously and enjoyed them. Bad customer service experience purchasing them.

Overall a good deal for the movies, have not used digital codes yet. A must for fans of the series.

X-men movies are good but slightly on the cheese side

This set contains the first three X-Men movies. X-Men and X-2 are both outstanding, but X-Men 3 is a mess and not really worth watching (two out of three ain't bad). The movies follow the X-Men are a group of Mutants, people born with powers that set them apart from the rest of Humanity, who strive to create a world where Humans and Mutants can co-exist peacefully. They also fight against threats to both Humanity and Mutantkind, as well as against prejudice. There are many examples of true heroism to be found throughout the movies. In X-Men, the X-Men race to prevent Magneto and his bortherhood of Mutants from committing mass murder. In X-2, we learn a few secrets of Wolverine's past and the X-Men must join with the Brotherhood to stop a Mutant hating militia leader from wiping out the world's Mutant population. X-Men 3 does not really have a cohesive story, but it does involve a 'cure' for Mutantism. These movies are faithful to the Marvel comics while at the same time do not require that you be familiar with the comics to enjoy the story. Patrick Stewart is brilliant as Professor X, the leader of the X-Men and Ian McCellan is spectacular as Magneto. Hugh Jackman gives a riveting performance as Wolverine, one of my favorite Marvel super-heroes. The visual effects are very good. Not quite Star Wars level, but they look good and add to the excitment of the movies. The HD transfer on all three movies is exceptional. Everything looks clear and very sharply defined. Certainly worht the upgrade from DVD. The extras give some great insights to just about all aspects of the making of the films. From Pre-production to the final release, there's even some input from Marvel comics writers and artists, including X-Men creator Stan Lee! This is an exciting set of movies, and the first two are an essential part of any action or Marvel comics fan's Blu-Ray collection. 'Nuff said?

Brilliant color, like looking out your window watching the movie unfold. Just like being there. Close to a 3D like effect with helicopter seeming to be flying right at you. A great SIFY movie about a possible future world. Genetic engineering brings about a mutant race. They are treated and rejected as many races have suffered thru the years, working for rights and fair treatment. Although they have a whole new set of challenges with each new adventure. Each character has a personality that draws you into their live. It is nice to have this set together because these DVDs can be watched again and again in the order they were released. Each movie adds to the last.

I love the X-Men series. I have probably seen these three movies a hundred times, or more. I was happily surprised to find this special set including all three films on BluRay, with a digital copy for each. Moreover, I was even more excited to find $10 movie cash to see X-Men Origins: Wolverine, now in theaters. This X-Men trilogy pack will make an excellent addition to any superhero / X-Men fan in your life, as it has much too offer: special effects, superb acting, and more. Must Buy!!!! Hurry, while they are still in stock.

Watched the movies in cinemas. Today i found out about the special offer of this trilogy bluray. Bought this trilogy with another bluray and got $25 gift card. So it was totally a great deal. Come on, everyone knows x-men movies. They are great movies & great special effects. Plus this trilogy gives you free ticket to watch the xmen origin for free. Cant wait to have the bluray of xmen origin.

Awesome set. Just picked it up a few weeks ago and its fully loaded with lots of extras and excellent video quality. 9 disc set is worth the price when it was on sale. Definite purchase for comic fans and action fans alike.

I LOVE ALL THE XMEN MOVIES AND I FINALLY UPGRADED MY DVD'S TO BLURAY'S AND I'M GLAD I DID. THESE MOVIES HAVE BEEN UPGRADED WITH GREAT PICTURE AND GREAT SOUND. THIS TRILOGY IS A MUST HAVE WITH THE REST OF THE XMEN MOVIES.

This series is great. While X-Men III is a bit of a weak ending, it's still much better than most other films of the type. Each movie has a whole other disc for special features. The Blu-rays have older transfers, but still look sharp and detailed

X-Men 1 was a groundbreaking superhero movie, and then X2 blew it out of the water. The Last Stand is mediocre at best. Regardless this is an awesome set to pick up at a this great price.

Can't go wrong with this trilogy blu-ray. It compliment a LCD HDTV, dolby digital sound, and blu-ray player.

Had the original movies on DVD's and was considering the upgrade to Blu-Ray. This set sealed the deal since it has all three movies and includes the Digital versions.

I like the idea of getting blue-ray, dvd, and a data version of the movie. No matter where I am at I can find a format to watch these movies.
