Im a marvel steelbook collector. Just purchased to add to my collection. Otherwise this movie is terrible, well not so bad for its time. Im glad marvel has evolved.

Great next movie in the franchise with excellent new character additions, namely Nightcrawler. The special effects keep the movie exciting to watch at all times and the plot is put together well. Wolverine isn't fully unleashed as the animal fighter he is, but there is still some great fight sequences. Cyclops is minimized, which leaves fans like myself disappointed, but this movie certainly packs a punch that will have audiences leaving wanting the next movie.

X2 not only is even better than the first installment in the series but also comes with same quality you'd expect from Fox on these films with bright whites at alkali lake and even being able to count the stubble on wolverines chin also if you're lucky you'll get the film with a slipcover and 8$ off ticket for Deadpool 2 my favorite x-men movie

In my opinion this is the second best xmen movie , I liked Xmen first class the most but based on the movie story, character wise X2 has better characters. Wolverine is my favorite comic character but I still thought it focused on him too much, Xavier and Cyclops should have had bigger roles as they are the leaders of the xmen. The wolverine raging in the mansion part rocks. I strongly recommend.

This is the finest edition of the original 3 Singer X-men films. This is not on par with first class or days of future pass but still enjoyable. Video quality = above average Audio quality = just a shade below perfect Extras = plenty to work with. I can't believe how many X-men films we've gotten in the past 15 years & I love having this title with all the others.

This was purchased for a gift. However, I purchased the boxed set that includes this movie and I thought the movie was great. It's a great sit down, eat popcorn and be entertained movie. I have no idea what is on the extra dvd so I rated it a good. In any case this was a great buy since it was a deal of the day purchase.

The opening sequence is still regarded as one of the best comic book scenes in recent memory. If only the rest of the series could have taken this lead and stayed on the right path. The steelbook is good for any collector who likes to have a "set" of the same style. Storm is on the cover of this grunge paint style, with the single bluray disc inside.

"X2: X-Men United" is probably one of the best sequels out there. More action and it's darker than the last. Introduces new characters and we go deeper into Wolverines story on how he became..."Wolverine". Overall this movie has a great story, it's better than the first and it has great characters.

I thought this movie was great for a sequel. Usually the sequels start to go down hill but that is not the case for this movie. I had the DVD version and decided to upgrade to the Blu-ray version. The movie looks and sounds great. It also came with a digital copy which I really like.

When my boys said they first wanted to watch these movies I thought, great, some weird looking movie that I'm sure I am not going to like. Well, I was hooked from the first scene of the first movie! If you haven't watched these movies, you should! The characters are fabulous!

I liked it when it was new, and I still feel it's one of the best in the franchise. I think it's the second best, behind First Class, but an argument could be made for it being the first, second, or third, best of the X-MEN movies. Either way, I always enjoy watching it.

X-men and X-men 2 are among the first good movies inspired by comic books that have been made. Forget number 3, which is a must skip. I really enjoyed the main plot and how the actors played the characters, especially Hugh Jackman and Sir Patrick Stewart.

Easily the best of the original X-Men trilogy. The Steelbook is really great looking. It comes with the digital copy so that's always good. My only gripe is with the disc itself. It has the art from the standard Blu Ray release instead of having dedicated art made for the Steelbook.

Hugh Jackman does a reprise as Wolverine, plus Patrick Stewart is back as Professor Xbox. Plus, the rest of the original cast and new cast members. This is a nice continuance of the movie all about mutants and how not everyone likes them.

Best of the entire franchise. Flawlessly balances action, humor, character development and showcase of powers. A good and even believable story and threat in Stryker. This is the movie where High Jackman made Wolverine a household name.

X2 is a very excellent Sequal and very action packed. Night Crawler really makes the movie only one problem that Cyclops didn't have that much of a role which wasn't right because he is the leader of the X-Men but the storyline was amazing.

This is a great option if you just want the movie and a HD digital copy. It doesn’t include the second disc despite what the back cover says, so it loses a star for that, but I already knew that when I bought it. The slipcover is different art than the actual case, so that’s a bonus.

Great action and interesting character development make this sequel on of the best comic book movies ever. Brian Cox is a welcome addition to the cast. The addition of Alan Cummings as Nightcrawler also allows for some great action.

In a world where typically sequels would kill a franchise, this film defied. One of the last good X-Men films before changing directors. Bigger sets than the original, more characters, more substance. Took everything from the original and built further onto it. Good sequel.

Love this movie franchise with plenty of additional extras such as making of the movie documentary and commentaries from people who work behind the cameras that give you a better insight and flavor in how the movie was made.
