I got more than expected from ordering this. It comes with the black system, 120GB HD, black wireless controller, power and av cables, PLUS 6ft HDMI Calbe & 6ft Ethernet Cable! ^I found this to be very surprising but a great benefit The only negative is that it Comes in a cardboard box (not original one seen in store) - However for the price i cannot complain. My other MAJOR concern is only a 60 day warrant :/ But for the price, i'll take my chances.

This was to be a christmas gift and it arrived on time. Unfortunately this was the only good thing. First the power supply included was the wrong one, wrong wattage so it had the wrong plug, would not fit into the unit. The hdmi cable that was supposed to be included was not in the box. had to use the power supply and cable from our old broken unit so my son could use his new one. Then after only 2 hours of use the unit failed, the infamous red ring of death. The online store was out so I had to drive 2 hours to the nearest store to return it. I ended up buying a new unit instead of refurbished and it only cost me $50 more, should have done that in the first place. Would not recommend refurbished units... I will say that customer service in the store was very helpful and friendly.

price was good if it worked correctly but e74 error code popped up with only a day use and says its microsoft refurbished but has the e74 code so i dont think it was refurbished by microsoft nor does it have a new microsoft seal on it has a "warrany voided if sticker removed" sticker over the original, so going to call best buy to see if microsoft will even fix it or sending it right back to best buy

We purchased the refubished XBOX for our son for Christmas. He played on it since then. Unfortunately, over the weekend he started getting error codes. I've read and heard that these systems eventually have problems. Best Buy was awesome -- they accepted the return in store. I then bought a new one.... with a 2 year warranty. These systems have been out a while. It would be good if Microsoft would make it more reliable.

I would not recommend buying a refurbished 360 elite. Obviously, I was trying to save a dollar, but only cost myself more by not going ahead and spending an extra $100. But I wanted to give the refurbished 360 a chance, and it failed. It would not work from the get go. So, now if they will graciously give me the money I gave to them for free back to me, (I'm not big on donations), I will just spend the extra money this time for a brand new 360 elite. Now, if I get a brand new one and it fails, I will probably disown xbox and go with a PS3. I do not want to, but keep pushing me microsoft and it's going to happen.

This product should not be sold to the public until the defects have been corrected. Everyone that has an X Box 360 knows that it will die in either minutes or months...but it will happen.

Bought as Christmas gift for my nephew but it quit working while playing first game. He returned it to the Hickory, NC store and was taken care of and was able to exchange it for another one. He was very pleased with how helpful they were at that Best Buy store, very good customer service. Everything is great now. Thanks!

Kids were disappointed that the game had displayed the deaf ring after one week of play after Christmas,I then had to return it back to Best Buy and call and order a new one that was not refurisbed.i didn';t want to set my kids up for another disappointment!!!!!!!

Order this online and received it a week later. Played with it for less than two weeks and got an error message when the Xbox stopped working. We checked the message online and got the info that we should send it back to XBOX repair center for repairing. Three weeks later, got the Xbox back from Xbox center and they stated they could not repair it because it's been re-worked by non-authorized party. Sending it back to Bestbuy and we will see how Bestbuy will handle it.

My daughter used all her bday money to buy herself a xbox - all she could afford was the refurbished.. The xbox arrived and had teh 'ring of death' with a week! :( So sad - The GREAT NEWS is that Best Buy was awesome - I called my local store and they took it back as a return and we re-purchased a NEW one! So the rating for the re-furb is NO GOOD - Best Buys is AWESOME! Thank you!

I purchased a refurbished Xbox for my 11 yr old for Christmas and when he set it up it would not read the disc (we called Xbox support and did some troubleshotting and they told us to return it for repair). I called Best Buy.com and they said they would send a new one. We received it and it had the red ring on the console. Needless to say my 11 yr olds Christmas was a disaster!!!!

The XBox 360 though a great thing to have, broke 2 days after set up...

From what I'm seeing, it does not seem worth your time and money to purchase a refurbished xbox from Best Buy. Just pay the extra money and buy a new one, unless you don't mind the hassle of returning or waiting around to it fixed.

this is clearly a great system however the ps3 is better but back on topic the elite IS BETTER THAN THE PRO, just want everyone to understand that and this sytem has great functioning, good graphics, stunning performance i would recomend this system

I bought this unit for $199 online and it works perfectly. The only con is the fan noise. I had to move the unit to the living room as it was way to loud for the bedroom. I basically bought it to be a media center so I could stream movies from Netflix to my TV and watch movies and listen to music that are downloaded to my PC. Video quality is awesome. The bonus is my Kids love playing video games on it and competing over the internet vs their friends. The Zune Library just opened up on the xbox community and gives you the ability to buy or rent movies over the internet as well. Great product!!

The xbox as every thing Microsoft stated it would be. I very stratified with my purchase and the money I save. Would recommend down loading the manual via web instead of using one provided buy BestBuy.

I purchased our xbox for my children for Christmas. It came packaged just like a new one, they don't even know it was refurbished. They have played with it everyday since they opened it and it plays wonderful just like new. I think I got the best deal possable considering I could of payed $400.00 for a actual new one. All that is important is that it works and looks like new. Why would I pay more for the same exact thing.
