I needed to replace my broken Xbox and I remember seeing this one in store when it was brand new for $400. I didn't need Gears of War 3, I picked up the Epic Edition, I have like 5 controllers as it is, and I really just wanted the new Xbox design. This is a refurbished model, however I got it looking like brand new. It still works after purchasing it about a month ago, and I don't see it going out on me anytime soon. Plus I got the protection plan from Best Buy, so if it does then I get another Xbox anyways. But for only $230, this is a great replacement console. Just think about it. You are paying $230 to get a Limited Edition artwork console with 320GB of hard drive space. It's well worth it.

This item is a bad deal, the original retail version comes with the game "Gears of War 3" and a second limited edition controller. while the present retail value of the non refurbished bundle is $350us, the limited edition controller(lets call it $50 the regular controller price) and the game(retail of $60) means your actually paying MORE than the original non-refurbished model. Buyer beware.

This is a great deal for a refurbished console . I just purchased one of these consoles and believe me when I say this , this is a must console to get for this price , a refurbished 4gb console cost 179.00 then if you will have to upgrade it to a higher hard drive which will cost you another 45-50 bucks . The 250 gb console for xbox goes for 249.99 . This console that I just bought has 320 gb and for a total amount of 201.00 bucks and change is a come up , I can careless about the extra remote or the game this is one of the best offers out there period those other dudes that wrote the negative reviews are not hardcore gamers if you are a gamer you will know whats good and coming from BestBuy believe it is good quality.

The console arrived quickly and in mint condition. There are no signs of use, let alone that it is refurbished. I did have a problem with the remote as the left bumper only works some times. I called the number inside the box for warranty work, spoke to a helpful guy from NukoUSA and a new controller is on its way without a fuss. Very good service and I did not need to go back through BB. BTW – This thing looks very cool and is a nice change from the basic black units I have had in the past.

MISSING PARTS FROM THE COMPLETE PACKAGE. 1 CONTROLLER MISING NO ORIGINAL BOX, NO GAME. 1 NOT BRAND NEW CONSOLE. 9 MONTHS LOST FROM MANUFACTURY WARRANTY THIS IS A LOT FOR OF MISSING FROM THE SAVED 80 BUCKS. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS REFURBISH CONSOLE
