Customer Ratings & Reviews

its been an awesome experience so far! The speed, graphics, and ray-tracing improvements are great! Also, pleased with the 1TB of storage, I ran out quickly with my previous model. All in all- I love it! I really like the white colorway this time around too!

Just upgraded to the newest Xbox and I’m honestly blown away. The speed, graphics, and performance are next level, everything runs so smooth. Games load in seconds, no lag at all, and the visuals look super realistic. I love how quiet it is too, even during long sessions. The setup was easy, and the controller feels perfect in my hands. Definitely worth every dollar! If you’re on the fence, this is the one to get.

Fantastic gaming system! It's fast, super quiet, and has great graphics. So happy I made the leap and purchased the Series X!!

Oh man, the Xbox Series X All-Digital version is awesome! Loading of games is extremely fast, 4K resolution is incredibly smooth and it’s cool to have 1TB of space for all my digital games. I was also really impressed with the shipping from Best Buy as it got delivered faster than I anticipated. 10/10 recommendation!

The Xbox Series X is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to gaming. Load times are practically nonexistent thanks to the SSD, and games look stunning in 4K with smooth frame rates. Whether it’s fast-paced shooters or expansive open-world titles, the performance stays consistent and reliable. What I really appreciate is the backward compatibility—it runs older Xbox titles beautifully, often with faster load times and improved visuals. The Game Pass integration is another huge win, giving access to a massive library of games that keeps things fresh without constantly buying new titles. The design is sleek and minimal, fitting well into my setup without taking up too much space. The console runs very quietly, even during long gaming sessions, which is a big plus. The controller feels familiar but slightly refined with better grip and responsiveness. Overall, the Xbox Series X is a top-tier console that delivers power, speed, and value, making it an excellent choice for both casual and hardcore gamers.

BEST XBOX I've EVER owned and I've owned them all. Extremely fast speed, great size, doesn't overheat, amazing storage, love the white color! Best Xbox EVER. Couldn't be more happy.

I recently upgraded to the Xbox Series X 1TB All-Digital Console in Robot White, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Performance: The console delivers outstanding performance. Games load incredibly fast thanks to the 1TB SSD storage and Quick Resume feature. Jumping between games is seamless, and the overall experience feels next-gen. The visuals are stunning with 4K resolution and buttery-smooth frame rates, which really makes games come alive. Digital Convenience: I love the disc-free design. I was hesitant at first, but having my entire game library accessible digitally is incredibly convenient. No more swapping discs or cluttering shelves—just instant access to my favorite games. Pairing this with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has been a game-changer, offering a huge variety of titles at my fingertips. Design: The Robot White color is sleek and modern, standing out in the best way while fitting perfectly with my setup. The compact form factor makes it easy to place, whether vertically or horizontally. Storage: While the 1TB SSD provides plenty of space, some AAA titles can be storage-heavy. If you're a hardcore gamer with a big library, you might want to consider an expansion card for additional room. Final Thoughts: The Xbox Series X All-Digital is perfect for those who are all-in on digital gaming and looking for next-gen performance without the need for discs. The visuals, speed, and digital-first approach make it a must-have for any modern gamer. Highly recommend pairing it with Game Pass to get the most value out of this powerful console.

Overall, series X is a very good product that performs great, reliably, and with much better graphics compared to the previous generation, xbox one console that I had prior to this one. Also at a solid price point considering I got it on a Black Friday sale and the digital gaming only version. It’s also very convenient to use as the main device for all digital entertainment use (streaming services, live sports, youtube, etc.). Which in addition to the fact that I feel very comfortable on Xbox after growing up on Xbox consoles for my gaming/media/entertainment uses, is why it makes sense for me.

This xbox runs great! Good storage out the box, no lag or delay, and the frames are awesome. Great quality picture for all the games I play. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the white 1TB Xbox Series X, and I absolutely love it! The performance is fantastic, everything runs smoothly, the load times are incredibly fast, and the visuals are stunning. The storage space is great for my needs, and the overall design is sleek and clean. If I could repurchase I’d get the 2TB version. The only surprise for me was that this model doesn’t have a disc drive, but that’s on me for not realizing it before purchasing. If you’re someone who still prefers physical games, keep that in mind because I believe they discontinued that model. Otherwise, it’s an amazing console, and I have no regrets!

The performance and graphics on the Xbox series x is impeccable paired with my 4K UHD tv at home. I spend a lot more time playing games now. I was questionable about buying the digital version but honestly I have Xbox gamepass and I haven’t bought a disc game in a couple years.

Absolutely the best decision Microsoft has made for the Xbox Series X so far. Many people had/have no need for an optical drive considering the digital world we live in today. Adding a disc less version was something Sony had an advantage with, and Microsoft has gotten the memo and done it right! The Series X is a powerhouse of a console now available to those on a stricter budget.

Honestly, if you don’t use disk at all and buy all your games digital this is pretty good. I have no issues so far run smooth. I don’t have any lag or connection errors. It’s as good as the one with the disc.

I love the Xbox I got from Best Buy! I got it for my boyfriend and he plays on it all the time not only that but they have tons of tv channels type stuff like Hulu and Disney and Netflix and it has good game selections I would totally recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting a Xbox it also has a lot of storage I have like 20 games on here and still have a lot of room left for more if I wanted quality is really nice and the system runs smoothly I also like the controller it’s easier to play with than a Nintendo controller I play on

This console has been working great, fast, reliable, and super easy to set up. My son and I are now playing games together through cross-play, and it’s been an awesome experience. The performance is smooth, load times are quick, and everything runs exactly how we hoped. Definitely happy with the purchase.

I was desperately searching for a new-gen Xbox console that I could buy to treat myself, and I was shocked to see the white series X console to be discounted, 1 GB of storage, might I add. It was an eye-catcher for me, and I immediately put it in my cart. It works just the same as the popular black series X console. Personally, I like the monochromatic white and black design over the black and green design anyway, making it even better for me. I also saved around 100 bucks from finding it discounted. Love you, Best Buy!

I got it for my little brothers 13th birthday and I think I play on it more than he does! It’s runs super smooth compared to our PlayStation 3 and it has a WIDE variety of games in the library! It’s super easy to set up an account and download games! It’s cams packaged well and we had no internal issues with it! The performance and speed are absolutely amazing, like the difference between the Xbox running Fortnite and my brothers Nintendo running Fortnite is DRASTICALLY different! Definitely don’t sleep on it if you’re thinking about getting a consule! Made me want to get an RG ally!

I have been a playstation person for some time now and i just want to say making the conversion to xbox was the best decision ever!! Thanks best buy for you on time delivery i ever got it a day before it the delivery date was supposed to be there awsome service with you guys!!!

Needed to upgrade my Xbox that was 7 years old. Bought this one it’s super fast and I love it.

This is not the best time to buy a console. Prices keep on going up. The technology hasn’t gotten better. But the biggest games are finally coming out and you need to have something, it seems like a decent investment if you’re really heavy into the XBOX ecosystem not having a disc drive is not a loss as most of game sold now or digital Xbox anyway. I said, if you absolutely need to describe, this is not the one to get. I do like the color at least, white goes better with my entertainment center and black stuff. It’s still a great system. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking to replace a dying console or if you’re just looking to get an Xbox before grand theft auto
