My console was defective I’ll have to return it, and see when I can get a new one. Didn’t even last 5h this is frustrating. The console will randomly shut down out of nowhere. I downloaded my Dirt 5 and soul Calibur 6 from the game pass, when playing any games it goes off, when in the store same, on the menu same. Online it says it has to be ventilated, well I have a shelf with my PS5 on it so I put it right next to it. Then they say it has to be vertical, I had it vertical. I read also that it has to be plugged straight in the wall done that too. I guess I’m not lucky so just so you guys know if you are lucky you get a fully functional console if not it is what it is. I have waited 1 week after notifying Best Buy in store. They made me keep my defective unit waiting for the new console to arrive. It was fair to wait 1 week as the console is hard to get anyways. The new console I got is performing as planned and I find myself very pleased to own an Xbox. There are some defective console out there and I’ll recommend adding some warranty on it as you never know.

I Waited a long time to upgrade my xbox 1 to the X. I needed the disc drive and the space. It has delivered in what i needed. Sleek design, I love the quick resume so you can start exactly where you left off in the game. I dpnt care for the opening sound when you turn it on, seems a little weak. And I wish they would make the memomy be a high number of TB since the good games are so big(200gb). A good buy but the price point is too high for the console being as old as it is.

If you’ve been thinking of upgrading from a previous generation of Xbox and you’ve got the money and the console available to purchase.. I can assure you won’t be disappointed. This console is a beast. And that’s coming from a PC gamer. Would recommend this console to anyone who wants to game at 60FPS+ while enjoying visual upgrade experience you’ll have to see to believe. I came from Series S to this and it was a night/day difference. Also a previous RTX 3080 owner and I can confirm there are games that look almost identical if you were to put them side by side.

I’ve been waiting for this console for a long time and it finally became available. I was not disappointed. The graphics are great and the speed is fantastic.

I love it. It gets really hot but i hears from other reviews and YouTubers its normal but i put a cooling fan near it for mind comfort. The graphics are amazing & I love it.

This is only the 2nd Xbox console ive owned but so far so good. Layed mine down horizontally to fit my gaming stand been enjoying some Halo and Gears of War and few other titles Xbox has to offer.

Love it. No issues ever. Super fast downloads and start ups. Very quite and tons of storage space.

I don’t think I could say anything bad about this XBox. It is very sleek and attractive looking in itself, and yes they are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and Xbox carries itself with the name. I think they did a great job with this product. My son couldn’t be happier.

I love my Xbox and the whole console war thing is overblown. This machine is perfect, it runs extremely quiet and has really great performance. Though back in the day it was very hard to obtain one

We have owned both the X and the S. The X-Box X was worth the upgrade. It is faster and you can have more games on it. You don’t realize how useful that is, but nowadays, the game files are so big that one big game takes up all the memory. So if you have a family, it’s worth it to have the X so everyone can have a game on it. Next part of my review is purchasing it from Best Buy. The purchasing was easy and we were able to buy geek squad protection seems a little expensive but when the game box itself is $600 it’s worth it we received the package very quickly and in good condition. Controller: on a sidenote, the controller we do not use the standard Microsoft Xbox controller. We have the Xbox elite controller, which is hands-down, the best controller that we have ever purchased and we have had scuff and evil controllers which cost easily an extra $100 to $150 more. The elite controller has removable analog sticks and back paddle buttons. And we found with the scuff controllers they did not last long at all. Hope this helps.

Could not wait to pick it up at the store!!! As someone who has owned almost all the Xbox series... I have say the Series X is everything I expected the next gen of Xbox would be. Extensive and thought out backwards compatibility. Awesome job by Microsoft . I can't believe how life like the graphics are. Wish I had 2, cause i think my son is jealous... Comparing it to ps5 they are equally matched but I have to say, Xbox’s quick resume is a game changer. The fact that I could be playing some assassins Halo infinite and jump right into an online match with buddy’s on coldwar in a matter of seconds is amazing! All I can say is.... Get one if you can!!!

OBVIOUSLY... this xbox is amazing!! i did get the 1TB, however, im sure the lower models are JUST as good!! im so excited to play COD and all of my FAV games on it! Ive only heard great things and it can only get better than the last Xbox's!! WORTH IT, ESP. FOR THE PRICE IN MY STORE!!! 100 times over, i would purchase this item for the amount!!

Gifted to my husband to upgrade the old one and the system loads/streams the games pretty quick. Definitely a great purchase.

I’ve had the this game console since January, so now I feel like I can write an honest review. Pros: Quick and easy setup! My old Xbox games are still compatible with the new system so are the old Xbox controllers! Load times are a thing of the past. The games are ready to go as soon as I turn on the system. Graphics are very sweet. I have the Xbox connected to my Sony Bravia 4K with a JBL Dolby ATMOS sound bar. Let me tell you what an experience!!! Well until the wife tells me to lower the volume. Again the 4K graphics a buttery smooth. So clear , colors so vibrant. And the 3D spatial sound it produces adds to the experience. Expandable Storage is a welcome feature also. Since these new games take up lots of space the onboard 1TB will quickly fill up. The online service is same as always. I recommend connecting your XBOX via hard wire for a better experience. CONS: Price. It’s pretty steep at $499. But if you can afford it then it’s a very nice multimedia investment. In closing, my kids love it , the wife don’t mind it and I can squeeze a game sometimes then it’s a win win while we wait for the world to open up again.
