Love it. Play it all the time when I have the chance. Controller got stuck after a while but the unit itself is solid.

This thing was very hard to find but I finally got it. I’m very satisfied with this product but the internal storage is not enough.

I was so lucky that I got one. I went to the store pretty late. But there weren’t a lot of people in the line so I could get one. I’m so happy. I can spend my hoilday very happily.

Love the special edition. Great image quality. If you are a Xbox fan I recommend purchasing if you can find it. Great design and look.

Great console, I know this wasn't the best way to sell the series x seeing as best buy announced it was in store only, but honestly it was a way better experience going to the store and getting in line. I didn't have to go that early as I went at 8 am and they were about 88 Xboxes. Overall though, great design, great console huge W

The system is sleek and great for any Halo fan. I was lucky enough to get one after a short overnight wait in line, still worth it! Graphics on the series X games are just incredible. The only flaw id say, is if its inside a compart of a TV stand it gets really hot after a few hours of play time.

Why would anyone even fathom getting a playstation over xbox? The series X is an absolute BEAST of a console. Crazy fast, awesome graphics and game pass the best deal in gaming today. Oh yeah and HALO OVER EVERYTHING. Waited in line to get this and would do it again 100x over.

The Xbox Series X is already an amazing console that leaves nothing to be desired. On to of that, you make it limited edition, which boasts a dope exterior design, unique halo sounds, and the included title? sign me up! To address the criticism regarding its launch: As a consumer that could not get my hands on ANY console for the longest time, I've learned to follow the news and the speculation was common that since Best Buy did NOT have preorders, they would have an in-store launch. The night before the launch, they release information regarding it. All you had to do was find out which stores carried one and camp out, no different than any other "launch day" experience. These are hard to get as it is and we're talking about a limited edition one, they aren't going to hand you one. I followed the information provided by BBY and I obtained one.

I’m not sure what happened at the rest of the Best Buys across the country but I know for certain the one in Mission Valley made sure that it was fair for everyone in there (my husband told me to prevent cutting they wrote peoples names down on a clip board and if someone wasn’t there by the time the employee came out, they were crossed off the list.) I’m sorry the other Best Buys didn’t take enough precautions to make it fair for everyone. I wish you all good luck in securing the bags. Now for the product itself, it’s absolutely gorgeous and powerful! You know Microsoft went the extra mile when you open up the packaging. It is a bit heavy then what I was expecting but nothing I can’t pack around normally. The graphics are amazing on our 4K Samsung Series 8 55”. The details on the console itself is also amazing. Overall, I’m super happy with my console!

It was a fight to get this beauty but it was well worth it. Have to say this is my first Xbox ever and so far it hasn’t let my expectations down. Microsoft bravo! Hoping you guys release more for the good ppl out there. Hate all the effin scalpers

Long time wait, but the staff was extremely friendly and the process at the store was well organized. The Xbox in my opinion is living up to its reputation. It’s very fast easy to use and excellent graphics. I am glad I finally got to get one.

Stood outside in 23 degree weather for 7 hours to get it and it was worth it! These Series X consoles are so much better than the last gen. Load times on games seem like its been at minimum been cut in half! Hope you can get one for yourself!

I also was told that Total Tech members (which I am one) would have the opportunity to buy this first. It is disappointing that wasn't the case. I stayed up all night waiting for the button to go live to purchase online as well. I was also frustrated that it was in store only. I was one of the lucky ones though. I had a store nearby that had them in stock and I hauled over there as soon as I dropped my kids off at school. I managed to snag a system and it will make my kids (and my husband's) Christmas. The more I thought about it, the more I am grateful that they did in store only. Online ends up having so many issues and we lose so many spots to people just trying to exploit the system. Of course, I do see that it's easy to say when I was one who got a system. I am grateful and excited to get it going on Christmas.

For the slight increase in price, this version is definitely better than the regular series x. Albeit, it can be harder to obtain, if you have the choice, this is the better option aesthetically. (hardware wise nothing has changed)
