My son did his research and chose this one over others. He is extremely happy with it and does not regret his choice. The speed and performance are perfect for all of his online games.

This card is very fast and easy to install. I installed the card and downloaded the provided software and then it was ready to go. This card has a sleek design and stays fairly cool. I can run any of the newest games in higher settings including BF1 and Call of Duty

This card was a little more expensive (around $20) than other RX480 8GB cards, but it comes with a slight factory overclock and was in stock, so I grabbed it anyway. Glad I did. A huge improvement over my aging R9 270. Setup was a breeze, no issues there. Only uses a single 6 pin power connector. Seems to run quiet. I've only played Rocket League and Ark: Survival Evolved. Rocket League using all 3 of my monitors in Eyefinity on 5760x1080 resolution is pretty awesome and getting well above 70FPS (not the most graphically intense game). I have Ark maxed out epic on all settings and getting 35FPS consistently at 1920x1080, which is pretty darn good if anybody knows how poorly optimized that game is. If you're looking for a powerhouse card to run all of your games with maxed out graphical settings on 4K, this is not your card. Go with a GTX 1070 or 1080 if you can afford them. If you're looking for a budget card that can run the latest games maxed out at 1080P and pretty high settings at 1440P, this is the card to get. Price to performance ratio is phenomenal.

After the first hour this card did nothing but glitch and cause my pc to constantly crash. Replaced with a GTX 1060 never looked back.

If you want 1080p Ultra: This is your card!

Actually spent a lot of time researching this card before buying it here. It comes with a factory overclock over the other reference model XFX makes, and it fits my computer (Kinda, sorta, it took some work. We'll get back to that later) First of all: this card can handle just about any recent game at 1080p settings with the woodworks thrown at it. Doom at Ultra settings with Vulkan on: 140 FPS in spite of all heck breaking loose. Overwatch at Ultra with uncapped FPS: Didn't drop below 110 FPS while in a match. Just played through the remastered Bioshock and Rise of the Tomb Raider, both with maxed out settings: Both performed in an extremely smooth fashion. And that's all without the "infamous" AMD graphics card heat issue: my card seemed to cap around 90 degrees Celsius, which is just about the same temperature my GTX 760 topped at on much lower settings. The thing that came as a small surprise to me (Probably shouldn't have seeing how many times I looked at the dimensions) is that the backplate that's included with the card makes it a little thicker than the other reference 480s. So if you have a smaller computer or have a tight design overall, you may want to measure before ordering to make sure you aren't surprised like I was. Overall, amazing card, love AMD's overlay more than NVIDIA's, and definitely a steal for the price if 1080p gaming is what you're looking for. If you're looking for 1440p or 4k, you may want to wait and see what the 490 has in store in the next few months, or look at NVIDIA's side of the table if you can't wait.
