I "upgraded" from an older model R9 200 series to the RX 570. I've only seen nominal graphics improvements in the games I've played to date. Maybe if you're running it for crypto-currency it would work fine, but for regular game play, I haven't (yet) seen a bump in performance. For example, in Ark: Survival Evolved, I was really only able to go up one tier on the graphics settings. And the noise on the RX 570 is much higher compared to the R9 200 series model I had when running low res games and I haven't been able to figure out a way in the AMD software to throttle performance for a lower noise profile. On high res games the noise profile is still higher than the R9, but not significantly different. Aand note that mrig is a higher end conventional fan coolant setup, including the powerplant being bottom mounted with it's own flow through to not vent (or draw) from the central compartment. So normally my rig runs cool. If you're looking to build a new system, it might be ok depending on your price point & if you're already used to load cards, or if your in it for the crypto-currency, but I wouldn't recommend it if you already have a nice quite card & like it. Go look somewhere else.

If it's on sale, it may be worth the upgrade.

Good budget upgrade for my current system. The current build is old but still runs decently for what I do. But the old RX 460 2GB was not cutting it for most games. I had been researching what would be a worthwhile upgrade without actually dropping the money on a top end card that by the time it came to rebuild would be too obsolete to be worth the next build. In came this little guy. On sale and had extra savings on top of that which made it under $300. Bought it, threw it in and had to dig for the 8pin connector that was inside an entirely different portion of the box. So heads up if you need that 6pin to 8pin connection like I did. Just dig in the other small box that looked like it was just filler. Upgraded my drivers and wow, what a difference! It stays cool and barely goes beyond 70C on my "newest" games, Mass Effect Andromeda and Dragon Age Inquisition at Ultra Settings. If you are looking into dealing anything extra, I would look into MSI Afterburner to tweak settings rather than through Radeon Settings but this may be a personal issue. Overall, I'm stupidly happy with how nice and smooth my games look at with full 1080P 60FPS.

I'm not a competitive FPS player, nor a moba player. I play mostly single player action rpg, strategy, and retro styled games. And I was making a budget gaming pc. I had put together an AMD Ryzen 2400g build, which with its built in Vega 11 graphics capabilities was pretty good, but I wasn't quite satisfied - The aim was 30fps at 1080 on Assassin's Creed Odyssey. The 2400g could handle Odyssey at around 30fps at 720p with graphics set to mostly low. After playing with this setup for a couple days, I realized it's a waste to experience it like that, so I picked up this RX 570, which is a lower mid-tier card at this point, but the price was right - And now I run AC Odyssey at about 40fps avg at 1080 res, and with mostly Ultra settings! It's a night and Day difference, and I'm very pleased!

I bought this card because the RX 580 8GB was out of stock, and I needed a upper-middle card that day (My Vega 56 is lost in MSI RMA limbo). I've been very pleasantly surprised by it. I'm a graphics designer by trade, and this card has handled everything I've thrown at it. I haven't even tried to mess with any of the settings except the fan profile. It was getting up to about 75C+ so I installed Afterburner (works fine with this XFX card) and created a nice aggressive profile, and it hasn't gone over 60C since. For some reason, I have to apply the Afterburner settings every time I start up; but that's pretty minor. Overall, A nice simple card that is quiet and works well. I recommend it.

I bought this card because it was the best AMD card my store in Springfield Missouri had in stock. I make my living with my computer, and had to have it working that day. It replaced a dead R9 390 8GB card, so it was a step down in overall power. I downloaded the latest drivers from AMD, and put it in my PC (Asrock X470 Fatality, Ryzen5 2600X, 16 GB of Gskill 2933) and fired it up. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it performed well with only minor tweaks. ( I used MSI Afterburner) It draws much less power than my old card :around 120 watts max. after setting up the fan profile with Afterburner, it never rose above 63C, even under really graphics intensive apps. No, it's not a Vega, but for the money it's a good value.

I bought this to power two 34" CF791's and two 27"CF591's. The GPU itself is great; however, I have to use the 17.x.x edition of the Radeon software or else I get black screens on my CF791's. This isnt unique to the GPU, it is a software issue with all CF791's and the new edition of Radeon Adrenalin. The other thing is that I cannot seem to get the fans to start spinning until it hits 60 degrees celsius. Even when i set the fan speed to manual in the AMD software, the fans will not spin until it hits 60c. Other than that, I have been very satisfied with this GPU.

I got this thing on sale with a coupon for dirt cheap so i wasnt expecting much out of it, i used it to upgrade an old GTX 770 2 GB and my word what a difference, Its eating anything i throw at it. Its paired with a stock Ryzen 2600 and 16 GB of 3000 Tridenz and my system purrs. I am an e sports gamer and i play FFXIV and its been amazing running everything at ULTRA and pushing 90 FPS in overwatch at 1080. This isnt going to compete with any of the high end cards, but in mid range i dont think you can do better than the RX 570 8GB

If your looking for a good budget card this could be a good card. However, if your looking at the included bundle pack as a selling point, please look elsewhere. Best Buy ran out of these codes and WILL NOT honor this end of the purchase. It's kind of a slap in the face that they still have this game bundle promotion on the website. This is the kind of issue that makes me look for another retailer to make my purchases in the future.

This RX 570 is the only one I’ve owned so I don’t have any other cards to compare it to, however it is a beast and can handle anything I’ve thrown at it. Most games I run on ultra are stable at ~100fps with this card. It never heats up to a level I’d worry about, and is relatively silent even when gaming. Great purchase

Decent video card for a budget upgrade. Did not need high end card for upgrade this card fit the bill. little slow on the gaming side of things but still does pretty good for the specs it has. If your looking for budget card and not needing something for heavy gaming take a look at this card.

I'm happy with this card. I'm using in a Mac so my application is a little different than most. I just wanted something that can do 4k out to my monitor. I noticed the fans don't run all the time and only when needed. This is much quieter than the Nvidia card I had.

This RX570 was $260 when I purchased it, which was a good price at the time due to crypto mining. It gets the job done and gets decent frames for a lot of popular games. It's not going to run games at Ultra most of the time without sacrificing frames, though.

Very good value for this card when purchased. Great video card. Lots of different outputs. My son is running 2 monitors with no problem. The card is playing everything no problem and is very quiet. Easy to install for a beginner. Fits great into the Dell.

this is a great video card for the price and as a AMD fan I'm partial to the RX series over the Nvidia cards, there are some gaming differences from Nvidia but it depends on the game. with the latest Radeon drivers performance is even better.

I've always preferred AMD for their cost-effective graphics cards and processors. Slightly more power hungry than comparable alternatives, but is offset by usually having a better price-per-performance ratio. Overall, great starter card for any PC build!

I purchased this because of the price I thought it would be just a minor upgrade for my Nvidia 1060 3gb and I was so wrong this card is amazing and does literally everything I could ever want on Ultra 1080p currently definitely worth the buy

Used it in ryzen linux workstation build. The card came just as described. It was recognized instantly by system and runs pretty good. The fans are not too loud. Temps generally stay 35-40 C idling.

I paired this card with a free sync monitor and it performs well in games consistently over 90fps in ghost recon. It also performs well with adobe premiere.
