Customers are satisfied with the SPEEDSTER MERC319 AMD Radeon RX 6950XT's performance, especially its high frame rates in games and ability to handle high resolutions. Many appreciate the card's excellent price-to-performance ratio, although some note its large size and occasional fan noise. Positive feedback also highlights the effective cooling system and user-friendly software. However, a few users mentioned the card's substantial dimensions as a drawback.

This is a very large card, not the best looking but it’s fine. Hard to beat the price/performance at the moment.

Best bang for the buck at this time (April 2023)

Are there faster cards available? Yes. Do they offer the same value? Heck no! At this time, April 2023, the 6950 XT is the best performance for your money. Period. Pros: I'm very happy with this card so far. It looks good, IMO. Better than the 7900 XT from XFX Merc lineup. Better than most other partner cards. The quality of materials is excellent. Lots of metals, and almost no plastics. The build quality if flawless, too. It's the most solid GPU I've ever owned. The performance is great! It's not the fastest, but for 1440p and in most cases for 4K, it outperforms many more expensive cards. In many games, it still outperforms the 7900 XT! I got the Last of Us Part 1 as a bonus with this card. This game is famous for being extremely difficult to run, and so far, I had absolutely no issues with this card. I play in 1440p, everything on Ultra, literally every single setting is maxed out. The game looks stunning, and I get 75-90 FPS on average, which is perfectly smooth for this title. (12700K, 64GB DDR4 3200, sn850x NVMe). This card also stays relatively cool, under full load, 72-75 C. And the fans are not too loud. It's quieter than the MSI Ventus X3 RTX 3070 I upgraded from. Cons: Nothing too serious, but may be an issue for some people. While this the card stays cool under full load, it must be due to its very effective cooling solution, and all that heat is pushed out into the system and then out of the case. I've never felt the air this hot coming out of my computer. It can literally be used as a space heater now. The card also has some coil whine. It's completely silent when not gaming, but the first time I launched the game, the crackling of the coil whine came right in with it, and it was loud, and just absolutely crazy. Then the fans kept spooling up, and they covered up most of it. The next play session, I applied a pre-set Undervolt from the Adrenaline software, and I actually don't hear the coil while anymore, and there was no loss of performance, as far as I can tell. So it's manageable. There is just a lot of power, and from what I've read on various forums, it's actually very common with high end GPUs. The card is very big. It's about 13.5 inches long, so please make sure your case can accommodate it. For me, it was almost too close. I have less than a millimeter between the end of the card and my CPU cooler rad. And it's heavy, but that's ok, the problem is it doesn't come with any kind of GPU support bracket. And I highly recommend one. Overall. I haven't used an AMD graphics card for over 15 years, after some bad experiences back then, but due to its insane price / performance ratio, I gave it another chance. I'm glad I did. It works great, super fast, relatively cool and quiet and good looking. I expect it to last me a few years, especially with 16 GB of VRAM (unlike the RTX 3070 with its 8GB, which feels completely outdated just a couple of years after its release). It's a rare good deal in the GPU arena.

After installing the card and AMD drivers on my system things were fine for a few minutes but soon after the card began crashing and I kept getting black screens. The card got extremely hot while running. I ended up returning this product and purchasing an Nvidia 4070ti instead. I suggest everyone reading this buy that card instead.

Incredible performance and value for the money. If you're not ready to go next gen hardware yet, but want to play next gen titles, then this is the card for you. Handles everything I throw at it. It's sleek and lowkey, so it will fit nicely with a stealth buillt if youre not into RGB stuff. Little large lenght wise but still fits most cases. It runs quiet and not too hot honestly. Overall, I feel incredibly satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking to get a nice return for their money.

This GPU is a no-brainer for people wanting a drastic increase in performance for under $1000. I upgraded from a Gigabyte 6600XT 8GB ( Purchased for $599.99 ) to this. Previously getting an average of 80-90 fps in 2K graphics with a lot of settings on low. Now I'm getting 160+ on Extreme settings and 2K without overclocking and still not using all of the VRAM. There is no buffering !! There is no sag even thought it's a large beefy unit. I have it mounted in a Corsair 4000X case on an NZXT N7 B550. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to upgrade to a GPU that can push graphics to the max and has a 2K monitor. It can run games in 4K as long as your monitor will allow it. My rig Case: Corsair 4000X RGB (Black) Motherboard: NZXT N7 B550 (Black) PSU: Corsair 850W Gold Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 32GB 3600Mhz DDR4 SSD: M.2 Samasung EVO Pro 1TB SSD: Samsung 500GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X GPU: Mercmaster 319 RX6950XT 16GB Cooler: Corsair H100i Elite Capilex (Black)

    Beast.

Absolute beast. I switched from Nvidia to AMD due to not liking the way Nvidia does their board partners (Rip EVGA) and constantly trying to screw gamers over by majorly over pricing things even though they're "for gamers." I was honestly unsure of making the switch to team red but, after doing plenty of research and reading lots of reviews I pulled the trigger and got this GPU for a pretty good deal. And I must say, I am really happy with my purchase, this GPU is a beast, It handles 1440p gaming at high and ultra setting like it's nothing, frame rates are high. I do use AMD Adrenaline to monitor and tweak the GPU but even out the box it was running Cyberpunk and higher end games like a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone who can catch it on a deal and doesn't want to pay the price of the current Gen. cards.

Great gpu, will handle about anything you throw at it. It typically runs at low temps even with graphics heavy games so its typically not loud. Shipping was fast and without damage. I would double check that it will actually fits in your case though (its gigantic.)

Great performance with esports titles, cyberpunk and tarkov. Ray tracing is a weak point comapred to 3080 and up. The fans are on the louder side. Not deal breaking but with less than a month of use ive considered water cooling as the rest of the build runs less than 1000 rpm and is relatively quiet

The build quality is amazing. It looks and feels premiun. For the cost of this card that can handle pretty much anything. I dont care about ray tracing, not a pro gamer. I just wanted a card that look good in my build and also was able to performe when neede. So far this gpu has stayed. Thia is my xfx product and i love it . Recommend to get over nvidia any daywuiet and not even overclocked. I

Even though it may be a last gen product, for the price it is an exceptional card that will last awhile. People who want a high end card on a budget would be a good choice. Please note this card is more towards gaming. It can definitely stream and run adobe products but those aren’t the main emphasis. Overall, for 1440p gaming I’ll be sitting comfortably with this product for awhile.

I game on 1440p and this card blows it out of the water. It get 100+ frames on ultra settings without RT but with RT it dips to 60+ which would be on par with a 3070ti. In terms of raw raster this card would be equivalent to a 3090-3090ti. Great card, Great price when it’s on sale. This is a must buy at $650. The AMD adrenaline software is easy to use for OC or Undervolt

First initial review the card is a beast. It is quite large so make sure you have sufficient room. fits well in a 4000d case. Coming from a 980ti to this is such a massive leap in perf. I play on a 1440p monitor cant say how well things are at 4K but i can play Doom Eternal with Ultra, RT on and maintain 144fps with no issues. OW2 i can play as well on Ultra and maintain 144fps as well. For the price right now it is a fantastic card, first time with AMD as well.

Fast card, runs all my games on ultra with great frame rates. I also use my card for 3D/CAD/CAM work as well and it runs great at that. The price was a little high but i needed to upgrade from my old 5700XT. I got Starfield as a bonus game. It does run a little loud but not so loud that its disrupting (to me at least).

Awesome GPU. I only have a 1440p monitor so i can only speak to that resolution. Been able to play all my games including Cyberpunk 2077 in ultra setting getting about 90+ FPS. Ray tracing with FSR gives me a solid 60+. This will probably hold me for the next couple of generation of GPUs.
