Great to use in the winter weather is still going strong. Great to use when you want to warm up the car before you get in.

I purchased a viper 4204V auto-start. The geek squad did not install it properly. The installer disconnected my heater/ac thermostat which caused my heater to malfunction. I had to make a return trip to have this repaired. The installer (Anthony) also failed to activate an important security feature of my car, (2004 Toyota 4Runner). On the factory key remotes you can press once to just unlock the driver’s door or twice to unlock all doors. The Bestbuy tech set the remote to open all doors with one click. When I asked Anthony for all the documents that came with the unit I paid for he refused to provide me with the installation instructions that came with the unit. I brought this to the attention of the store manager Dave who said he would mail them to me. I have still not received them. I will never go to the South Setauket BestBuy again. I still want Bestbuy to send me the installation instructions.

The Viper remote start will not operate without the appropriate control module.

Love the intricacies of it and the extra protection it provides for the vehicle

I had geek squad install this with my remote start. Works great

I purchase a Viper remote starter combo on Best Buy Daily Deals however the XPRESSKIT - Databus All-In-One Interface Module wasn't compatible with my car. On the day of installation I had to upgrade the Module for an additional $70.00, which I was disappointed with because before purchasing the combo I called Best Buy to confirm that it was compatible with my car. Hence the reason rated it one star!

I purchased this item and the installer said it had "missing pieces" or so he said because he just couldn't install it in my vehicle
