The bad thing is that if you don't use it, it can't be returned due to it being a part of the bundle.

Great basic starter.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With this unit on my 2012 F-150 I do not need a separate remote. It works with the same key that opens my doors. Turns on the truck and then same button sequence can shut it back off if needed. Basic functions but that is all I needed. Best Buy installer (Jared) at my location was excellent! I had an appointment for another installer/unit for a starter with a separate fab which was going to cost me even more money. Glad I checked at Best Buy before I did it. I am told this unit is made by Viper??

Bundle with Deal of the Day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased with bundle deal of the day for remote start and they Geek Squad guy said he had to swap it out with a different brand because it would not work with my vehicle. No additional costs and all works fine so far now.
