    I love this workout. It's a great total body workout. it provides modified exercises for beginners and allows you to work up to a more challenging workout.

    I absolutely love doing this workout. The Xtend Barre DVD is such a fun, high energy workout and the instructor Andrea Rogers explains everything so well. I especially liked that I didn't get bored like in some other dvd's and it makes the workout go so quickly. So glad I found it at Best Buy!
