XXX contains what we come to expect from Vin Diesel films: over the top action and explosions. It is a fun film full of spectacle that is weighed down by a weak plot that has many odd moments (including turning from the dead of night to day in about 2 minutes) but nevertheless is a fun film to watch and escape from reality for a few hours. Fans of the franchise will especially be happy with this film.

Didn't get a chance to see this in theatres. The UHD version has a beautiful picture quality. The HDR really stands out and the audio is fantastic. It was an action packed movie like thge other XXX movies. Glad Vin Diesel came back. Not that Ice Cube wasn't good. Just good to see the original actors. All we have today is remakes of old movies, comic book or reality. I think all the creative writers fell off the planet and all we have now are idiots. Anyway my family enjoyed the movie very much.

It is worth a viewing if you like the series, but it does not capture the magic of the first one.

Xander Cage is back! A sequel that is better than the original. With a stunning new action cast, especially Donnie Yen( The Ip Man movies) and plenty of action that out beats two James Bond movies. This is Vin Diesel’s comeback as XXX and it’s an interesting story that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat till the very end.

I was hesitant on pre-ordering and purchasing this movie from Best Buy, due to not knowing if the release of the 3D Blu-ray disc was actually available. Based on previous 3D Blu-ray pre-order purchases which was replaced with version without the 3D disc, I was very disappointed and had to cancel and re-order another version. The 3D is exceptional and can't be missed...buy it! The 3D version can only be ordered online and not available in store.

Glad they 'finally' came out with another V.D. Triple X sequel (!!!) that I can enjoy over & over again! This one did not disappoint me in any way...as the storyline,action,humor,& romance...was GREAT! Being a FAN of Vin's from his start- he just keeps on growing & thrilling me over the years with his well honed (humorous) acting, breath-taking operational stunts, & heart-felt talent! Thank's Bestbuy....your Steelbook Triple X made my day!

I like the series but I think it has ran the course and not make any more

Forget the plot. xXx: Return of Xander Cage works as a no-frills, comedy-laced Action flick that offers a nice balance between throwback and contemporary. It's hardly a great film in the traditional sense, but as a big, loud Action flick that just leaves a smile on the face, they don't come significantly better than this. Paramount's Blu-ray offers excellent video, reference Atmos audio, and a decent array of bonus content. Recommended.

Never been much a fan of the franchise but Donnie Yen made it worth my time.

I actually didn't think this would be that good but since I had watched the first one years ago, I figured I would give it a shot. There was plenty of action and was pretty fun. Don't expect any academy awards for acting and most of the action is unbelievable like the Furious Movies but it's still just plain popcorn movie fun!

Fun enough film. Good stunt action sequences, but average story.

Pure entertainment. Could not possibly be taken seriously. X-games James Bond with bad fashion sense, and meathead one liners. I would not have it any other way. If you liked FATF 4-8 this is your movie. Great steel-book with an even better catch phrase on the back. Possibly the start of a new franchise.

This was the first XXX movie that I have watched and I really enjoyed it. The action was great and at times really out there, but it was fun to watch. I felt that the overall plot was a bit predictable but still good enough to carry the story. I enjoy Vin Diesel movies and liked the character he played in this one.

For me, the first film was more enjoyable. That's not to say this one isn't good or that I didn't enjoy it. I liked this and the action was over the top, especially the opening sequences with the snowboard and skateboard. Unbelievable but fun and whatever stunt man that pulled this off deserves high praise.

This was a great movie for explosions, extreme sports and just wow factors. But the acting by vin diesel was lacking and the supporting cast just seemed to be there to collect a paycheck on the coat tails of Vin Diesel. But overall an entertaining movie and not a waste of money for a decent family movie night.
