My daughter is enjoying it. And this helps save me from buying more ink for my daughter’s craft work projects that are now converted into graphics on the 3D software and print with a filament that can be stored for ages, or sold for money in return

great for beginners. dont expect detailed prints. this is for basic 3d objects.

I was a little nervous given the lack of reviews, but 1 day and a couple of prints in and I'm very happy. I'm a total novice, but it was ridiculously easy to set up and print quality is fine. I'm using Mac OS and everything was super easy. I printed a Sylveon Pokemon for my daughter and I'm printing pieces for my vintage He-Man toys. It's been going great and print quality is perfect for me. Great printer for 1st timers.

Great beginner printer for my 14yo. He set it up and had it printing in less than an hour. Filament is proprietary, though, but not expensive and can be purchased through Amazon.

Got this as a christmas gift for my son. The software was out if date upon opening which is fine. After the software update it is still having issues and wont work. I would of returned it if he had told me before the return date had passed.

Easy to setup and use. Only downfall is the spool size that can be used. But it prints really good.

We got this for our son that turned 11. He was so excited to make 3D objects. Having fun learning and creating. The only thing I was disappointed with is how expensive the filaments are to buy separate for more colors.

FiIament has tobe from xyz in order for it function properly. Well, ok.. but still the filament roll has a cased chip inside. If, no communication is between both. It automatically shuts down. And back to restart.

Good product but smaller than i thought. Works well.

Not a great printer for price. You're better off getting an Ender 3 which costs the same. I returned this the day I got it and bought a refurbished ender 5 pro (which is way better in every way) for the same price as this one.

I made not only the mistake of purchasing this without an extended warranty from Best Buy (or else I would've returned it after 30 days for my money back to save me the headache) but entrusting the actually MANUFACTURER to address any of the issues I was facing with my product. Considering I had issues with this BRAND NEW 3D Printer out of the box and tried seeking solutions for those issues that including printing errors, wifi connectivity problems, and so on. When I had reached out to the manufacturer themselves, instead of honoring the 90-day warranty that came with the device, they told me if I wanted to send it out I would have to pay for postage. (roundtrip style. to them and back to myself). I will list the issues I had myself with this product and the cons to this particular 3D printer listed here that I hope you keep in mind especially if you want the most of your hobby and expenses to consider something else more beginner-friendly. Issues with the 3D printer - Wifi Connectivity Issues -Extruder Module (what melts the filament and essentially prints the models) had issues properly heating up causing it to clog up - 3D printer filament not being Detected - Constant leveling Issues when printing (keep in mind I never printed more than 3 successful prints that were small considering the limited space and capabilities of this printer) Cons/consider buying another 3D printer - This particular model and brand is known for using spools with encrypted chips so you can ONLY PRINT if you buy their filament (This is a huge downfall considering how expensive their spools are on their site and this particular model can hold more than 600 kg) -Manufacturer/Customer Service is a joke. They will only respond to messages through a chat log and will not call to help troubleshoot any issues or concerns. -Manufacturer/Customer Serivce will not acknowledge a 90-day warranty included with their products even if proof is shown that it was included with the purchase.

Great 3d printer but only works with it's own spools. It is a bit quirky too but overall works well.

Great product for a beginner with big dreams! So far so good, easy to use and quality parts and product. The price is a bit on the higher end, but well worth it. Great software to go along with it, definitely wluld recommend to family and friends!

Bad quality print ,also can't use spool from some someone else HAVE to use theirs since they have a chip inside that has to be read by the printer

I purchased this as a gift for a grandson. It was easy to set up and use. He was making simple toys and gifts in no time since he had some experience with a 3D printer at school.

it does exactly as my kid wants it to do. only draw back is make sure you have a newer computer and when putting it together keep an eye out for tiny pieces, youll spend hours looking when they are taped INSIDE the lid
