Great starter printer for the price. Will leave an additional review after Christmas once he uses it

Never could get it to work right, it is now just a dust collector. We have tried every hack, it just won't stay on the mat

My son is really enjoying the printer. It was indeed a great gift for him.

Do not recommend this product yo anyone I bought it for my son because at home during Covid he could not see how his 3D models looked because he had to send them to his teacher so I thought it be fun for him to program design at home . The unit is broken already...it breaks ...there is no phone number I have filed out numerous customer service tickets on line and no one responds I am so dissapointed.. he was so excited to be able to program and run his 3D designs and now he cannot I feel I wasted my hard earned money snd I will look for another printer elsewhere ..Consumers do not buy this product

Didn’t work and it’s extremely confusing with little instructions

It won't connect to my tablet or computer so it's just collecting dust. Noone will help to fix it. I got it for my 8 year old, disappointed.

Received this device as a gift. It wasn't super difficult to get set up, but the software that you're required to use for the printer is not great. Company is very restrictive about the kind of filament you can use for this device as you can only purchase it from them. They charge more than their competitors and the shipping to receive the filament was as much as a single roll of plastic. Filament has jammed multiple times. No way to set up a heated base for the print surface which has lead to numerous print quality issues. It's been nice that I've been able to use this to get into the hobby, but never in my life would I recommend this glorified paperweight to anyone.

It took a bit to set up and the filament occasionally breaks

Small and compact, very nice start up machine for novice users. Very easy to setup and start printing within minutes

Kept messing up the print jobs. Took over 2 hours to print a frog (test item), and when it was almost done the printer would mess up the job. It was also very loud. If the printer wouldn’t randomly mess up during the print job it could be used in a garage or extra office, but not wasting any more time with this. At least the assembly was to the point/easy. Ended up returning it.
