Software can be a bit of a pain at times. The included paperwork will tell you to visit a link- the link is useless. Go to xyzprinters home page- and look for software. Very easy.
After installing my sons graphics card decided to pop a 22 code. Google will be your friend - if you get a notification telling you to update your card driver. You will have to go through your computers settings to enable to graphics card if you get the issue. otherwise - All you need is a nice level surface - and follow the step by step instructions. Its not a super fast printer - but it produces a pretty decent print when finished. For kids, or first time printer - it is more than enough. you can download prints from tons of sources online.

It was good at first, the base doesn't heat up, so you must use glue on the base to keep the object from moving around.

Had one of these, found it to be defective, and returned it for another, which also did not work.
