Overpriced, no customer support from XYZ
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had more problems with this product than i care to say. Customer support is garbage, they say it takes 3 days for a response, but it actually takes over a week. The product is mediocre at best, if i am to spend $2,000 on a product i expect that it is very high quality. I could have purchased a better quality printer for 1/4 the price. Their software does not like windows products: windows 11 or higher does not work.
