Lock was way to installed with no issues. The auto lock is best feature on the lock you won’t be disappointed. I used this lock for my master bed room. The app is also so easy to assign passcode to friends and family members

Tough to beat. I have Schlage senses on all of my deadbolt doors. Needed a lever for my garage door and this was pretty much the only option, and I’m not disappointed. Having to get the extra repeater for HomeKit functionality is annoying, but not a deal breaker. Very good looking and responsive.

Definitely recommend this smart lock! I especially love the feature that lets you unlock the door with your phone or iPad from wherever you are ... I also like the way the door automatically locks itself!

I have only had this lock a week but so far I am very pleased with this lock. It was easy to install and to integrate into my home network. The associated app is easy to use and the lock looks great.

Decent functionality and connectivity options. The back panel to access the batteries is fragile and broke almost immediately as it was difficult to remove.

Bought this lock a few months ago & it works exactly as described in the product section. I use it as a electronic lock on a spare room. The quality of the assembly is high quality & I would recommend it for anyone considering the same option. Good storage room lock!

The installation was fairly straight forward but the Yale Technical Support was extremely helpful. Yale Technical was able to assist with several questions both during installation and for ongoing support.

The product itself works great, easy to set up and use, the app definitely needs work, have not been able to sync it yet.

Lock failed and began flashing 1,3,5,7,9 after 1 year and 3 weeks. Researched multiple other forums with people having same problem. Was told it was a mechanical problem and should still be covered under mechanical extended warranty. Contacted Yale by phone, was told that yes it was a mechanical problem. However despite this I was finally told that the mechanical warranty would not be honored after multiple emails, (and being asked to send a video or the problem which I did). I was told it was not in fact a mechanical, but rather an electronical problem and was not covered by warranty since it had been just over 1 year. Between purchase, WIFI hub, (purchased separately as it was not included) and tax I am out just about $400 after 13 months. Will NEVER purchase Yale equipment again and will warn everyone to do the same.

Good device. Once you get the thing setup. It does take a bit to make sure you are installing it correctly and I have done a few in the past. Course cold weather did not help. Have the dead bolt was easier to setup.

the only lever lock I can find in 2022 that works with Apple Home Kit. downside is how difficult it is to pair with the august module, many repeated attempts and no connection.

Yale smart keyless lock. This is awesome! Once you have this lock, you will never go back to key locks!! It is amazing! I definitely recommend this Yale lock!

Overall great. setup is a little complicated. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars it cannot be locked from inside.
