Love the lock and the ease of entry. Install was easy. Connecting the lock to my phone was not as easy, took time to figure out what app I needed since the lock is Yale but the bluetooth app was confusing and very little information was available to connect to Alexa.

Very simple installation, but setting up the wifi module and getting it to connect between the lock and the home internet took some time and a few choice words. I really like the sensor that tells you if the door is left open. The system pairs great with the rest of our Google products.

Batteries die quicker than I’d like, but to be fair it does give you warning when they are getting low. Mine will just stop auto locking, but keypad feature still works for a while after battery is low. Much sleeker look than my old lock

I researched a lot and ended up with this one..I wanted a smart lock with most of the features but without a finger print and which can physically be unlocked (just incase if the battery is down).It checked all the boxes, simple to install and working as expected.

I had to replace another brand of smart lock on my front door when, not only was it going through batteries at an alarming rate, I had to replace the circuit board twice while it was under warranty. This works well, and the august software fits in beautifully with the rest of my smart home. I have had no issues with this one thus far.

LOVE this lock! Wish we would have made this purchase sooner! No more worrying about missing/broken keys and no more worrying about if we remembered to lock the door since it has an auto lock feature. And was super easy to install and set up!!

This is a great Smart door lock. I love that I can create digital keys for my parents (or anyone that frequents my house). The auto unlock feature when i get home is fantastic I no longer have to fumble with keys in the dark. Installation was super easy. The only slight pain was the bridge it took some time to connect properly.

Easy to install. Setting up the account via the Yale app was harder than the actual product install. I’m able to lock and unlock my front and back door remotely. Easy to create guest pins for the locks. Overall, excellent product.

Works very well. Had some issues connecting it to my home WiFi but that was probably me more than anything else. Once connected, worked like a charm. We all have codes as well as electronic keys on our phones and watches. Very convenient. You can't go wrong with this.

Yale Assure Lock - Touchscreen Keypad Deadbolt, by Yale I ordered this to install on the front door entrance. The installation was fairly straight-forward, and took about half hour. I like that I can set up multiple codes,etc.

Love this product. I bought this one specifically for the key hole just for back up, but I’ve never had to use it. If battery is your concern no worries! The Yale will alert you days before that batteries are low.

Great product for keyless entry. Especially like the auto unlock feature when device detects me walking up to door which makes it easier to enter when caring items inside. Easy set up which probably only took me less than 1hr.

Very google quality product. Very easy to install but the app setup as well as home assistant setup was tricky. Took a few tries to get it to work but once all set, it’s been working pretty flawlessly.

This was an easy install and was able to connect to HomeKit easily. The lock comes with a deadbolt so no need to use an existing one. The lock was a 5-10 min install and very straight forward. Very nice to have a lock with codes I can arm or disarm at any moment.

This lock has been amazing! The install was super easy. I’d never replaced a deadbolt before but found it easy enough, took about 20 minutes. The features on this are awesome. The ability for the site to sense your phone is home and unlock the door is my favorite. Carrying groceries and knowing the door will unlock is so helpful. I also set it up with Alexa so we can lock abs unlock the door easily, or just check the status. Note to unblock the door with Alexa you have to create a secret passcode that you give each time. Being able to see a history of when the door was unlocked is cool. We set up codes for people in the house, as well as an entry code for my brother when he comes to pick up my dad when no one is home.

These are some of the best smart locks in the market. They make it easy to have multiple users for each lock. We use these at our facility and have dozens of people with codes using the doors at all times. It works seamlessly and helps keep us organized and safe.

We came from a new model August lock (with the round inside knob) and this Yale Assure lock with August integration does actually work better! The keypad makes it super convenient. The original August has an external keypad that you can buy but it doesn't look nearly as nice as this lock with it being an integrated touchscreen. The Bluetooth auto unlock when you arrive home works better than the original August also. Not sure why, but my guess is the August lock has a tiny transmitter embedded in the round lock itself. This unit has a separate receiver that you plug in the wall, which is much larger so it may be a higher power unit. None are perfect every time, but this unit seems to detect and have the door open at a much higher rate than the original August did. No complaints so far!

Easy to install. Great quality. Easy to connect. I got the one that had the August module as my front door uses and August lock and Doorbell Camera and it works flawlessly with HomeKit and the August app. Keypad is easy to see in the sunlight and quick to respond. Would buy again.

Our lock on our front door didn't lock anymore and my husband saw this door lock that worked with google on tv and said we need one of these. Done research and had good reviews on this one plus only this worked with google assistant. At first I couldn't get it to work right s called customer service and he was great and understanding. Got it working great now. One day it wasn't working but figured out to disconnect the connect box and reconnect again then it worked again. Love it when I come home and just having my phone with me it automatic unlocks for me. Gave my daughter her own code which my grandsons use it when he comes over without us having to unlock door. Also could tell google to unlock door and it does.
