    Item received was in a damaged or repurposed box. Product looked new but after install it did not function properly after going through manufacturers customer support. Ultimately they had to send me a replacement lock.

    August app and communication with device is awful. August customer service wasnt helpful. Product feature description did not do as described. Had to go back to best buy and get the yale + nest. Best buy was very helpful with exchanging the product and reschedule installation.
