    Big backlog on the Sonos Connect:Amp, so based on store recommendation I bought this amp to connect to a Sonos:Connect and power four outdoor speakers in pool/patio area. Cost ended up being about the same as the Connect:Amp. This has more power than the Connect:Amp, and sounds very good despite two of the speaker wire runs being ~150 feet long (used 12G outdoor speaker wire).

    This receiver is great for what I need. I have it hooked up in the garage with a pair of Polk bookshelf speakers. It has plenty of power and has good FM reception. Connected a Netgear powerline 1200 so I can stream music from Pandora and internet radio. Very happy with my purchase.

    Love Yamaha products, but I got a bum unit. None of the digital inputs worked.

    Ordered after reviewing product features, turns out it was falsely advertised as bluetooth.
