It is great The sound that comes from it is amazing

Great price and very good sound for the price. Set up was easy and I would recommend this for someone who does not want to spend a lot of money for a sound bar.

My household uses Alexa constantly so this was the best option I found when replacing my dated soundbar. The Alexa mic pics up my voice from anywhere within reason with ease. The speaker is very crisp but I don’t think the surround sound sounds quite as good as others near this price point. The subwoofer was impressive, usually only JBL 2.1/3.1 soundbars hit this hard. I don’t like the look of the woofer really but it does sound quite nice. I would recommend if you don’t want a bunch of devices all in the same area, the Alexa combo makes this a great product for my households needs!

Sound quality is above average and the subwoofer has plenty of kick. I'm not blown away by it but not completely disappointed. It doesn't come with an HDMI cable and I don't have any spare high-speed ones so I'm having to run it over fiber optic even though HDMI sounds a little better. You may want to pick one up. The interface is very basic and the simulated surround sound is no replacement for Dolby Atmos. The enhanced dialogue is my favorite feature because I don't have to constantly adjust the volume.

We are very happy with this sound bar. The surround sound is very good but even with the clear voice feature on, it is still sometime difficult to hear the voices in the movies. We noticed that the sound bar turn itself off after 6-8 hours of usage. Contacted Yamaha technician support but he was unable to solve the problem. The representative contacted an level two technician to assist. The level two technician told us that the auto power off feature needed to be turn off. To turn off the feature I needed to power off the sound bar, press the input and power buttons and hold until the sound bar turn on. There was nothing in the manual about the auto power off feature. So far it is working fine and we are enjoying the sound.

Good for a small room, but thats about it. Sound is pretty tinny especially when using the simulated surround. The massive subwoofer is supposed to fill in all the gaps in the lackluster bar but then you end up with alot of the sound coming from one spot in the room. At this price point there isnt much competition and its definitely top of the crop, but if you want a more full sound, id look elsewhere

Yamaha puts the emphasis on the bass,has great bass sound. It was very easy to set up and works easily with the Alexa app. I ended up using it in my bedroom, sounds great in the bedroom, not so much in my larger living room. It is only 2.1 channels so its lacking the rear satellite speakers,i think blue tooth speakers are sold separately. I consider it a beginners sound bar,but its of great quality and sounds great in a smaller area.

Wonder sound and very easy to use. Nice base as well as over all quality. This product has a very clear sound, but wish is was a little lower in cost. Would definitely recommend this sound bar to family and friends.

Awesome sounding soundbar and woofer! easy to set up and use... only bad part is not knowing what levels you are at without app.

This sound bar has great sound. The wireless sub-woofer brings a great punch and can easily be located out of the way. The remote is practical and compact and the look of all components is modern and enjoyable. The functionality is a little spotty, though. Sometimes the sound bar doesn't connect to the TV automatically, which can be pretty annoying. The Alexa function isn't as seamless as an Echo, so that can also be a problem.

Took my TV, movie, and music listening to a new level. The set up could not have been more simple. Best bang for the buck out there and the Best Buy pricing was the lowest.

This is a fantastic product, the sound is phenomenal and fills up my basement with beautiful “movie going” atmosphere. I wish the remote was backlit, but one gets the hang of the controls after a while. I actually got physically frightened the first time a loud movie part came up for the first movie I watched with it. It thundered, and it shocked me. I did not expect it. Unfortunately, after two weeks using Bluetooth from my phone stopped working. I have contacted Yamaha via email, and I have also contacted them to set up a telephone conference. Yamaha has not responded at all. Extremely disappointing, because Yamaha is an excellent company and I have had many Yamaha products over the years including some wonderful musical instruments. Perhaps they don’t need good customer service anymore? In any event, I rarely use it through my phone for Bluetooth and I assume(?) Yamaha will resolve the Bluetooth issue. For movies, it is fantastic.

Good sound, nice look, but I still have no idea how to set up Alexa.

Has met all my expectations and lived up to all the reviews I have read very good sound and easy to set up and use. I would recommend this to anyone!

Night and day improvement over my old soundbar. Had reservations about the separate subwoofer, but everything fits and works seamlessly.

This sound bar was in the top 5 on several review sites (not consumer reviews). I have a difficult time hearing the voices on some shows and movies, especially if there is a loud soundtrack. This sound bar hasn’t always solved that, but certainly makes a difference. The quality of the sound/music is very good. The woofer adds a nice bottom. Just plugged it in and everything worked. Would like to see a base volume level when adjusting the volume, like you see on screen for regular volume controls.

Excellent sound, easy setup, easy to use, and excellent integration with my universal remote. A bit pricey but well worth it.
