Reciever is really basic but built well. No frills but sounds excellent and really sharp.

This receiver functions very well for a one room system where amplification is not the most important thing, although volume and quality of sound is good. Good quality for the price.

I have 2 15 inch towers hooked up to channel A and a sub that passes though 2 bookshelf speakers on channel B in the back of my living room. So loud and clear that I can't even turn it up past 60 percent. Awesome for the cost.

This works well and is easy to set up. It has all the features I was looking for in a basic 2 channel receiver. The only knock so far is that if the power goes out it loses the settings but that is only a minor inconvenience.

I needed a replacement for an ancient onkyo. I couldn't believe that I could get this for the same price as a bargain store brand. I think this was amazing for the price.

This whole purchase started out bad. Went to Best Buy in Waimalu, Hawaii. Was met by what I thought was a salesperson. Salesman was not knowledgeable, but decided to purchase the Yamaha unit. He actually carried it for me, but asked to make one stop. Turns out he was a Dish salesman, listened to his pitch for ten minutes, should have just walked out. Worse, this unit has no out for a sub and constantly turns off randomly. I've had it too long to return, so will probably throw it away and buy another unit.

Good for the money... I'm using for some outdoor speakers around my pool. It works just fine

The stereo I received eventually worked great, perfect for what I wanted it for. It took two tries though, the first one I received only worked on two of the four speaker terminals. However, customer service at Best Buy were great and happily returned receiver and sent me a new one. Otherwise, my review probably would have been higher. Overall, happy with the product.

has the perfect functionality for a basic entry level receiver without all of the bells and whistles. Easy to set up and get functioning for minor home theater.

I needed to replace an expensive receiver on a budget and for 1/3 the cost I feel like this sounds even better my original. A great deal may have something to do with it!

This is a great receiver for the garage. no extras on this unit though.

This receiver is reasonably priced. I would recommend buying a powered antenna with it as with any receiver you would purchase.

The receiver was for my husband he really like it begin able to listen to his music or gospel radio shows.
