This is the best sound system I had. Worth the money I invested. Sound is so very real especially when connected to tv.Definitely recommend this product.You can’t be wrong with Yamaha.A trusted name on the market.

This is a simple basic 5.1 setup to experience 5.1 surround experience. Not for anyone who wants to upgrade or already have a 5.1 surround system

This is a perfect setup for those who don't have the time to painstakingly research online for the 'ideal' home theater receiver and speaker combination. Everything needed is in the box - including the speaker wire! I chose Yamaha as it's relatively more 'musical' sounding than the other 5.1 decoded receivers in it's class. To enhance your audio experience, I would highly advise tuning the speakers to the acoustics of your room/environment with the YPAO mic (also included in this package). The 8" powered subwoofer is 'okay'. Not quite enough thump for my liking so I ended up using it in my home office. A 12" subwoofer is now hooked up to this setup. Of course there are better sounding home theater systems out there but this is a great all-round package for the price.

I figured that this was going to get me by while I saved for a more expensive package. I will be keeping this system instead of "UPGRADING " because, this system punches higher than it's weight class!!!!

The price is very well justified with its quality. Easy to set up. Devices are all connected smoothly. The only thing I would like to see better is that the system has not enough treble, especially for classical music.

After owning 2 different soundbars, I found that I was missing out on a lot of dialogue from movies and tv shows. And I wanted more definition without breaking the bank. So when I saw the price Bestbuy had, I read the reviews and took a chance. I am happy I did! The setup was easy enough and the most time consuming portion was connecting the speaker wire. I purchased heavy gauge speaker wire separately since the wire they provide is extremely thin and not enough. I also purchased speaker stands so I could change the placement of the smaller speakers more easily if I wanted. I have my Fire TV stick attached to the back and it works great. I now have all the definition and stereo/cinema sound I need. Thanks Bestbuy!

It was open box and labled as all accessories included but turned out to be missing the calibration mic and the am fm antenna... Otherwise a great product was during covid times so going in to complain and try and get the parts was too difficult and endeavor to endure. The sound is fantastic

Purchased for Grandson. Instructions for setting up home theater system is very detailed and easy to understand. System lives up to description on website. Sounds phenomenal when playing games, listening to tv and music. Highly recommend for quality and price.

Absolutely love this beast, use it primarily for listening to music as long as you use good quality speaker wire and set it up correctly youll be good to go

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. We tried two different Sound Bars with little to no improvement. Stumbled on this jewel, purchased it, had Geek Squad come and install. PERFECT. Sounds Like you are at the movie theater. Perfect Yamaha System. Perfect Geek Squad.

Compared to my old system this thing is awesome. They only problem I had is when I had my xbox one x plug directly into it I had some extra screen tearing on my games. Plugged it straight to the TV and it wasn't as bad. May have been just the game but I'm not sure.

Awesome Home Theater system. For me it does everything I want it to do. I'm not a sound critic by any means, but wanted a better setup for my retro gaming systems. This product delivers!

This receiver works very well and is a very good price. I hope it last as long as my first Yamaha which is 23 years old.

I have used the sound bars and they do good. But this is by far the best. Takes more time to setup but,definitely worth it for a theater experience at home.

This is a good sound system, works great and has many different sound options. The only draw back is how you have to change HDMI channels on it every time you change them from Amazon Firestick to TV to Blu-ray player to whatever else you have hooked up. Still, worth the buy!

So far, excellent value. Fairly easy to set up and works well with both TV and Blu Ray player. Way more non distorted volume than I will ever need. Have not tried AM/FM tuner but am sure it will be good enough for my use.

Very happy with the sound quality and bang for the buck. 4k throughput keeps a great picture quality.

This product is one I would recommend for the man who is looking for a good reasonable system to put in his mancave. The bass is superb and the other speakers are great as well. Its functionality is great and is definitely a keeper.
