I love this system. It was quick and easy to set up. There are plenty of options for whatever sound you want depending what you’re watching or listening to. I forgot how much better a subwoofer with its own power is.

This is an excellent product for the price. The microphone And technology that sets the frequencies and volume worked fairly well. However, we did have to turn up the surroundsound speakers in the rear to get a better cinematic feeling. The speakers work much better than I expected.I am able to tune the high frequencies so that it sizzles, and still have good low base response from the subwoofer. Having run sound for a living many years ago I am picky about being able to tune the frequencies to get the best sound. This system allows you to do that. Great job Yamaha!

Very good stereo for the money. It has a rich sound and was easy to set up. I’m very happy with it.

I’m really impressed with the sound quality of this system. Easy to setup. It took about 15 minutes, but I already had speaker wire run from a previous system.

Love this system!! As someone who has never had true surround sound before, this system is perfect. The speakers all sound great and the subwoofer produces fantastic bass levels. Very happy with this purchase. Easy to setup and use and is overall a great addition to my home theater setup. You won't be disappointed!

Great sound for this basic setup. Speaker material construction was made of light plastic, except the sub, which seems sturdy.

I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality of this system. Setup was a breeze and the speaker wires that came with it was long enough that I have a good amount of it left after connecting all the speakers.

Once one figures out the Settings and Options Menus, this is an excellent system. For my own case, I had to figure out how to turn on the HDMI ports and be able to select the AV2 port to make my system work properly. After that I am extremely pleased with the system. Because of home structural constraints, I configured my system as a 3.1 channel system. The amplifier self recognized this configuration. Note: I am extremely happy with the acoustics.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, my Samsung surround stopped working, so I went BB.com and ordered this one, this one is WAY better than what I had before, easy to set up, and the surround is awesome!

Yamaha home theater is a great pick for a home theater system. it has a very great sound and subwoofer offers an incredible effect in the movies.

Great sounding system but lacking a separate discrete left and right line level speaker output that I wanted to hook to a pair of powered speakers. Still that being said the system kicks for the price.

I had fun setting this up and it sounds amazing it actually tunes itself which I liked however if your a tru audiophile like myself you can adjust each speaker yourself

This is one of the best purchases I have made. Great sound, good price, easy to hook up and use, lots of features to set it up with your own personal preferences. I even like the way it looks.

This receiver/amp and speakers were easy to set up and kept me from having to run a lot of wire for surround sound. The virtual surround sound is impressive. The sound from all sources is clear and loud!
