It is really good product. Audio quality is very clean and I like Bluetooth feature.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He had RXV 565 that finally stop working after 10 years and is no longer made. He is very satisfied with the surround sound. It was not as easy to set up as his RXV 565 because of so many other things that had to be connected with it.(Might want to get someone who knows "ins and outs" of all equipment it will be connected to for complete surround sound.)

The stereo is easy to setup and operate. The sound is great.

I bought a Yamaha home theater system back in the 90's and it worked great for about 15 years. Then one day I turned on my TV and it didn't work. My TV was going on 25 years old so no since getting it fixed. I was too busy to watch much TV anymore anyway so broke down the sound system and it sat stored about 5 years. I decided to hook it up to my computer only to find the receiver wouldn't turn on. Wondering if the receiver blew and blew up my TV or visa versa. But anyway I decided to buy myself a big screen TV for a birthday present to myself so of course wanted a sound system as well. All I needed was the receiver and saw this one while I was waiting for them to get my TV from the warehouse. Basically the same thing I had except updated with HDMI and some more features. Loved the first one and can't say anything bad about this one. Not hugely powerful if that's your thing but it puts out more volume that I can take.

This is the first home we built from the ground up and needed something that will last but not too complicated to work. It's amazing. We love it. We had to get a separate speaker selector to go from outside to inside speakers as this model doesn't come with that feature. The next model up that has that feature was double the price.

Bought this to replace a Yamaha receiver I found at a pawn shop. So far no complaints on this. I'm really enjoying running all of my equipment through this unit and the one single hdmi to the tv instead of fishing multiple hdmi cables through the wall. Bluetooth feature is also quite handy for playing stuff off the phone instantly.

I bought this as a receiver to power in ceiling speakers in our house. So far no issues. This application is not one to tease out sound quality, but I like the Bluetooth link feature which allows me to have me run the through the house sound with my iPhone. This was quite easy to pair with my phone as well

I was looking for a receiver to plug in some Bose speakers (stereo) and my TV, Blu-Ray player and my cable box and I get this one. I can't ask nothing else as Yamaha is and excellent brand working perfectly with Bose. Sound is excellent and especially having all those HDMI inputs, this is a perfect equipment for me.

Easy to set up. Plenty of power for my 5.1 system.

Have I set up in my man cave with 42" screen Mac mini , Xbox and chrome cast . Works amazing it's nice to have something to interface all my devices to. I'm running it now with two jbl speakers and a sub the sound is pretty crisp and clear , but to get the full potential out you'll need the minimum of 4 speakers.

After scanning through a number of reviews for the receiver to meet my home theater room, I finally pulled the trigger on this one. The number of features easily meet my requirements and the on-sale price sealed the deal. Easy to use out of the box and no issues to date. Would easily recommend

This receiver for home use. Quick and easy to set up. Only thing I wish it had better labeled source inputs so when changing inputs with remote was more accurate. IE DVD is a labeled input but for TV its source 1

Needed a digital receiver for our new system. Got this one on the recommendation of the sales person and we are not sorry we got it! Sound quality is top notch, brings out all the subtleties in the movies we have watched. An amazing addition to our sound system.
