Shopping around for a receiver for almost 3 months when I came across this beauty at another big box store. Well since I was a Best Buy cardholder and favor this store over others, I thought I better purchase from here. Excellent price and customer service.

Plenty of input options makes this a great choice when deciding between a soundbar and this. Got a deal on speakers but was worried about power, this unit has more than enough to make them boom.

Plenty of HDMI inputs, great sound and picture quality. I own one of the top of the line Yamaha tuners but didn't need the 7.1 or AirPlay for this application, and it does the job well.

I have owned this receiver for a couple months now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Very easy to set up and very good sound and picture quality, at a decent price.

This amp is at least adequate if not mildly impressive for the money. I strongly recommend you buy this as amp only however and not the complete surround system. The speakers that come with in the surround system are inadequate for a room of any size larger than say 12 x 12.

We bought this for the kids room and it does a fantastic job for the money. I have owned Yamaha for many years with great satisfaction, and this is no exception.

we bought this to replace a boom box system for our surround sound speakers... worked out perfectly -- connects to our Mp3 player and it avoided up with another DVD purchase.. easy to connect.. good instructions

Watching movies in surround sound in the privacy of your own home in picture perfect high definition beats going to the movies. I recommend this reciever for your flawless home theater.

This receiver has all the elements you need for a small-medium sized home theater. it also has a connection that is compatible with the newest systems, so it will also a while.

I did not comprehend what an a/v receiver was until I went to Best Buy with my buddy. Once I understood I had to have one. This model gives a lot of bang for the buck.

The overall setup of this receiver is very simple and everything worked perfectly the first time. The operation is logical on the remote control and I'm very pleased.

This is going to be used as a secondary receiver for our outside TV and stereo system. It fits right in and has all the features that we need . Great product.

Overall this is a great receiver, easy to use and the sound quality is wonderful only complaint is I wish it could output to a Bluetooth headset

This receiver has been easy to use but still has great high def functionality. If you're an expert set up person, it has all the tools to make your surround sound pinpoint accurate.

After THREE Onkyo unit HDMI board fails...I'm done and went a different direction. I've always eyed this unit...and glad I decided to take a shot on it. Super easy setup, easy to use, not all the "bells and whistles" that some units have....but honestly I don't need/want all that junk. This receiver has great power and plenty of options! I highly recommend.

This mid range unit blows the others away. I love the built in Bluetooth for smart device playing.
