One of my bucket list item was to resume playing the piano after sixty years of not playing. I am extremely pleased with this instrument by its touch, response, and superior sound quality. I never played an electronic piano until I went to a local piano dealer and was able to play both an acoustical studio grand piano and this YDP-143 R Yamaha digital piano. Sound quality between the two were remarkably similar. I have perfect pitch. This instrument enables me to enjoy hours of sitting down and playing sacred, classical, and popular compositions. Its compact size fits well in small spaces. Took only 40 minutes to unpack and assemble. Very simple to assemble but suggest a second pair of hands to lift keyboard onto its stand.

Perfect piano for my son taking piano lessons. Has all the details, pedals, 88 weighted keys, look & feel for a reasonable price. Delivery was on time and in perfect condition. Took no more than 20 minutes to assemble. We are pleased with the sound quality and would provide good recommendation for this price range

This has been a great purchase. Product arrived in great shape, and I was able to install it in 30 minutes. Kids were excited to play the piano. Greta quality and sound.

Easy to play, good quality & sounds like real piano

Awesome piano as we expect from Yamaha! My daughter loves it so much! We can see that the quality built will last longer! Family is looking forward to play with this piano for many years to come. Yet for us to explore some features it has.

I am extremely disappointed in the metallic sound. I have played on an electronic piano that felt good and sounded good. Unfortunately, this piano failed all of my hopes and expectations.

I love this piano. Had it for three years. Plays and sounds better than my teacher's high quality upright. Plus, it can credibly mimic the sound of a concert grand, harpsichord, organ (church or jazz) etc. Weighted keys make it play like a "real" piano. Awesome device - incredible value for the money.
