This is the best receiver to avoid the HDR error when running your 4K DVDs player through your receiver. I love Yamaha receivers. I have two Yamaha system running now

Great product however its a bit frustrating to use with my cable TV providers service. I would suggest playing with the way you connect your receiver to see which way works best.

Yamaha consistently does it with their Adventage product line The ability to direct connect tot the internet and provide the online services as specified is a bonus. Good value for Home Theater System Very Satisfied!

This is great for many reasons, especially those of you that have 4K content and DIRECTV 4K genie. Switching channels works perfectly and the picture switch works better than other receivers.

I did a lot of research before I bought this unit and I will say I'm extremely satisfied. Definitely worth the purchase if you're looking to run higher end speakers.

I was looking to go on a trip to Europe and wanted a noise cancelling headset and a reasonable price. I found the Samsung headset and with the touch apparatus on the right head set the headsets sets were very very good

I really wanted to like this receiver, but I could not get over the display not indicating which sound format was playing through the receiver during movies. I really enjoy seeing Dolby Atmos (etc.) whenever the movie I'm watching has that capability. The different sound formats was pretty cool and the sound calibration was fast and easy. This was my first Yamaha receiver.

I purchased this as a gift for my son's home theater. I wanted him to have a receiver that would give him a wide variety of options that he would not outgrow.

So many inputs ,so little time. You can even rename the inputs . Just what I needed to help me figure out where to tune for each input.
