I installed this yesterday. Right out of the box it just works and works incredibly well. My Yahama receiver is about 10 years old and I didn't want to replace it. What a music upgrade for 50.00

I have a Denon AVR-3806 receiver which is ~10 years old so it came out just a bit before Bluetooth on receivers was common. The write ups on this device from others said you just needed a digital audio terminal (orange RCA looking terminal) on your receiver and sure enough it works awesome!! I've linked my iPad to it and can play my entire Google Play library through my iPad to my home stereo which beats the pants off listening to music via a Bluetooth speaker any day.

Great Bluetooth audio player if you only need digital output. Does not work on Yamaha receivers in zone 2. Yamaha receivers only play analog audio signals through the zone 2 output. This bluetooth device only supports digital output and will only play in zone 1 on Yamaha devices. Poor design on Yamaha's behalf. If you have a Yamaha receiver and want the option to play bluetooth audio in zone 1 and in zone 2 then get the Rocketfish bluetooth adapter which supports both digital and analog signals.
