Purchased for my son's birthday from BestBuy because I thought they would get it correct versus purchasing elsewhere on Amazon. The software provided was not in the pictures on the website: I was given something completely different ans it does not download properly and results in script errors. At least I printed a picture of what the contents were to include but not the item is not even available on the BB site just 12 weeks after I purchased. The USB to Host cable that was thrown in the box was not the correct one as it does not even attached to the piano. Lastly, the stand provided does not even attached to the piano: it sits on top of brackets and the piano can easily fall off. What a disaster as all extra accessories wee thrown in the box by the distributor that BB works with. I can't even contact BB Customer Support and Chat lines are horrible. Very disappointing for my son as he now has nothing for his birthday, and extremely disappointing at he poor service by BB!
