    I was looking forward to getting these components as I've been searching for a alarm clock that can play a cd. Once I set it up, I set the clock, then tried to play a cd. No luck. Wouldn't play any of my cds and the unit turned itself off after about 30 minutes without saving the clock setting. It will be returned.
