I bought this on Best Buy only in December and it is my first sound bar to upgrade my TV viewing experience. This sound bar definitely has great sound projection capability and fills my living room completely, for best experience one should be in front of the bar. Sound bar has a great design and fits perfectly on my TV stand. I am not an audiophile but this sound bar provides equally great sound for movies, TV, music, etc. If someone wants a floor thumping bass, they may need to buy an additional sub woofer, but I would say that the 2 in-built woofers are great and provide good bass that meets my needs. MusicCast and Clear Voice are the best features of this sound bar. This is definitely 5 star worthy sound bar, but the only hassle is to switch between two remotes to control the sound bar features and currently available universal remote apps don't have all remote features.

I purchased this item to replace a 5.1 surround sound system. The unit it is not as good as a true surround sound system, however it is great for watching TV and listening to music. It was very easy to set up but installation on the wall was trying. My installer tried 4 different types of anchors and could not get the unit level. It is deep and a heavy to be held on by only 2 screws. I bought a small shelf to sit it on and solved this problem. Wall mounting aside, I am very happy with sound, bluetooth and MusicCast. I would buy this item again.

Gifted this to my friend and he is enjoying it a lot. Music and movies sound is crisp and clear. Yamaha works easily at a reasonable price.

This Yamaha soundbar sounds great. I was not expecting such a rich and full sound. It's a definite improvement over the TV speakers and a great alternative to running a bunch of wires for a full surround sound system.

This bar works well once we got one that worked. Original purchased did not and was a pain to return
