I had ordered a much more expensive set from a backyard store in California (hint at the name there) and after six months of waiting there was still no word on when my patio set would arrive. I found Yardbird online and after finding Best Buy had purchased the company I decided to to throw caution to the wind and order site unseen.
The quality is comparable to the set I ordered with super comfortable chairs and an ample table size. My only gripe would be that there is some assembly required but that didn’t take long. Overall a fantastic buy and I did save $5,000 going with the Yardbird set. I’m now happy the other set never arrived.

These Pepin chairs are very comfortable and have been easy to maintain thus far. We have had then for a few months now and have sat in them for meals as well as relaxing outside. They work well for both scenarios. The height if the chair is nice as I am able to rest my head on it. My spouse is tall (6' 4") and is able to rest his head if he slouches a bit. The swivel feature is nice as it makes it easier to get up from the table. The chairs are lightweight yet solidly made.

I was surprised to learn that BestBuy does outdoor furniture. Delivery was flawless and the guys put together the chairs and table no problem. The chairs are super comfortable and durable. Very pleased with this purchase.

Nice product. Horrible customer service. My order was delivered in April and included damaged product and only a portion of the order was delivered. It has been more than a month since the order and I'm still waiting for the rest of the order to be fulfilled. The replacement product was supposed to arrive already and now they say it will arrive in 4 weeks. Wow! Pathetic service.
