Super easy to put together with clear instructions. You might need extra hand for some parts to put it together. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the bike feels solid and well-built. The HD screen quality is excellent and adds a premium feel to the workout experience. I enjoy movies, news ans shows while exercising on roku. Highly recommend!

Bike has been great so far. The screen mirroring works flawlessly. The bike can be adjusted well. Assembly was not too difficult. Recommend having another person help with a few assembly parts

There was a shipping issue with our order. However, they made good on the error and shipped a new cycle out as soon as they reviewed the issue. The cycle Is built well, assembly was easy and the features are as good as any other cycle on the market. The screen is built well and the picture is good quality. Sound is good. Overall product is above average and of good construction. Saphiant backed their sale.

This bike has it all. The price point on sale is extremely beneficial despite being well worth the original price tag. The bike is comfortable to ride and an excellent addition to any workout room. The only downside is the assembly which is not fun; however, you only have to do that once!

Very pleased with bike. Sturdy and well-made. Not so pleased with customer service. I have written twice with no response from company. No telephone service either.

A few quirks but a really good bike. Quiet and pretty easy to use. Just note you have to have your phone plugged in in order to cast to the screen. It doesn’t charge your phone at the same time, either.

This bike is a piece of crap! After just 2 weeks of use the bike started to make squeaking noises from the crankshaft assembly area. I contacted the manufactures and even though the warranty information on the Best Buy website clearly states 1 year parts and labor they do not offer labor and I have to make the repairs myself! This is unacceptable! I'm not a bike mechanic and should not be expected to make the repairs myself!
