I purchased a similar dashcam last February 2020, and after five months of minimal usage, the unit stopped working. I emailed the company to inquire about their warranty and received an acknowledgment email that they will reply to my inquiry within 24 hours. Well, it's been more than a week now and I have not heard from them. For the amount I paid for the unit, I am no longer interested in getting it fixed or replaced. It's not worth my time, but I want to warn people about buying a dashcam from this company.
