Very fun game. Challenging but not too hard for my 8YO

Such a fun and addictive game! The levels start out pretty easy, but as you go they progressively challenge you more and more. I’m really glad I caved and finally purchased it. If you are a Mario fan then is a must have to add to your collection.

We’ve been looking forward to getting this game for a long time. We were not disappointed. The levels are fun but challenging. The game is appropriate for all levels and all ages. Warm portly it’s fine we’ve been looking forward to getting this game for a long time. We were not disappointed. The levels are fun but challenging. The game is appropriate for all levels and all ages. more importantly, it’s a fun game that the whole family can play and enjoy. I would say the downside to the game is it’s a one player game. That being said, we enjoy watching others playing and helping them through the levels. It’s fun learning what all Yoshi can do, and it’s fun exploring the levels. We have all enjoyed this game. Even just looking at the graphics and detail is amazing.

This Yoshi's Crafted World must be very entertaining because my 11 and 8 year old children have been playing it since it arrived and finally dropped Roblox and other online games for a minute to play something more their age. I am very content with this game.

This is such an amazing looking game! I really like that they added additional challenges to go back and complete on each of the levels, it adds to the replay value. I do wish there were more levels in each world but hopefully the game is long enough overall to make up for that.

Yoshi’s Crafted World feels like a proper Yoshi game— platforming, collectibles, and a great sense of style, this is a great looking game. It plays spectacularly when playing alone, but the co-op feels so cumbersome when playing with another player. Lots of tricky plstforming sections feel tedious when the on-screen Yoshi’s gobble each other up or trampoline off each others backs. Play with an equally skilled player and this problem may be alleviated.

Bought this to play with my 7 year old. He loves Yoshi. This game has been great so far. It's similar in style to Little Big Planet. The levels are colorful and playful in design. The game supports 2 players locally. If you play with a younger child, there are ways to help them through the more challenging parts of the levels which is really nice. For instance, you can ride on the other player's back or be safely tucked away in the other player's mouth. Sounds funny, but comes in really handy when playing with my 5 year old.

Yoshi's Crafted World is one of the most charming and densely-packed 2D platformers of the modern era. It combines the classic Yoshi gameplay with an arts and crafts aesthetic which makes it as lovable as Wooly World but far more flexible. Where there was once 6 world, there are now nearly triple that, each wildly different from the last. In addition, each level allows you to interact with and move between the foreground and background, similar to Bug! Lastly, can play the courses in reverse for hide-and-seek speedruns. There's such smart and varied level design on display and it's so densely packed with new ideas and things to do. The only criticisms I have are the music (which is.. fine) and the egg aiming (which isn't super intuitive and takes some getting used to, but isn't a huge issue).
Overall, I love this game. It's such a nice world to visit and I can't recommend it highly enough.

This is fun game for everyone. There are lots of options for gameplay and there are fun costumes for Yoshi. Easy and hard levels challenge players. This is a good game for parents who want to play with their kids but aren’t gamers. And kids love it.

There have been a lot of mixed reviews regarding Yoshi's Crafted World, but if you are a fan of the Yoshi series it is definitely worth playing. A lot of creative ideas are used in the levels and boss fights in regards to the crafting theme, though none of the ideas are used so extensively that you get tired of them. The controls are tight, but aiming has changed from previous games due to being able to aim and hit things in the foreground and background, and it takes some getting used to.
The "flipside" levels are neat, but the idea is a little underdeveloped. The scavenger hunts in each level were fun too, but a more streamlined way that allowed you to find multiple items at the same time in a level would have been nice. Still, aiming for 100% completion will keep you busy for a while.
The visuals are a big draw for this game and they are beautiful. I can't praise the music however, which is probably the worst aspect of the game since there is only one primary tune that is remixed for each level and it gets old fast and is disappointing. Overall a good game and a good addition to the Yoshi series, but a step down from Yoshi's Woolly World on the Wii U, which was better.
