This is a gift of Happiness for my Daughter. She loves Yoshi games. Ever since the first one game out on the SNES (Yoshi’s Island), they have always been enjoyable. The graphics for Crafted a World are stunning and the mechanics in the game are very creative. I just wish more time was spent on difficulty rather than forcing you to replay the levels just to find items. It was a bit of a grind.

As an adult gamer, its nice to take a break from the more violent and mature games on PlayStation or Xbox, and Yoshi's Crafted World has been one of my favorite experiences on Nintendo Switch. The difficulty is on the easier side, which makes for a fun casual, experience and a great way to wind down from a stressful day. Cute characters, creative level design, and colorful graphics make for a really fun game.

We hesitated buying this game, thinking it was only geared towards much younger children. It’s not! Even the adults in the house had fun playing and found several levels challenging. For younger kids you can play on easy mode so they won’t get frustrated finishing each level. The game was a lot of fun filled with puzzles, battles, scavenger hunts and traditional Yoshi game play mixed together.

Don't let the length of the game steer you away from purchasing. Each and every level of the game was designed well with a focus on doing something different and new. Graphics are bright and colorful and who doesn't love Yoshi. The various amounts of costumes you can acquire are a huge plus too. If you were a fan of Wooly World or Yoshi's New Island, you won't regret buying this.

This is a wonderful followup to Yoshi's Wooly World. With tons of eye-candy, stars, and costumes to collect as well as inventive levels, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Thanks to their level setting, this can be a challenging fun game for grownups or easy enough for very young kids which is one of the truly great things about this series.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he cannot put this game down. He's obsessed. Im not a gamer and I even love the game myself. It has lots of level that adds a different twist. Yoshi blows up in sizes, he can eat bomb, and carries eggs. Fun levels!

I got this game thinking it was a children's game and that it'd be a breeze. While the storyline and adorable art style are still appropriate for all ages, the game is surprisingly more challenging than expected, which makes it more exciting for an adult player. Very reminiscent of Yoshi's Story on the N64.

As far as craft-themes Nintendo games go, this is nothing new. But I must say, the levels are just stunning, and even though the craft theme isn't new, I am certainly enjoying the design and mechanics of the levels in this game. It has easy and normal mode, so it can appeal to all ages. It's not too easy, nor is it so challenging that it gets frustrating.

If you purchased Kirby Star Allies because you wanted a kid friendly game that was light on difficulty but had plenty of fun. But once you started playing it you were bored and then realized it was over in just a few hours. And that kinda made you less than happy? Well Yoshi is here to fix that! There is plenty of content here and although this game is also easy I found it less boring as all the levels were mini puzzles that took a little bit of thought to 100% complete. And just as a comparison, Wooly World was long but boring for me. Crafted World is a much better mix.

Yoshi just has a way of making things fun and the cardboard world is beyond more than what I expected. Each level is so cute and colorful that it really REALLY shines through on a 4K tv. Even on a 1080p monitor it looks absolutely stunning. Not to mention the music is downright amazing. From the title song to the remixes you hear in later levels, Nintendo just knocks it out of the park. While the levels are basically "run right and reach the goal", there's a good amount of secrets to find if you want to explore. Each world you travel to needs a certain amount of flowers in order to access. This is a little gatekeep-y, but the game does such a good job of handing you flowers. Without too much exploring you should be able to move to the next world without any problems. The costumes you can unlock with the in-game coins you collect are adorable. Each one gives you bonus protection from enemies or falls. Not to mention the amiibos give you some bonus costumes. The Yarn yoshi amiibos give the best imo but the others are greatly appreciated. Do know that not all amiibos give a custom costume like in Wooly World. This is a definitely must buy if you just want a chill game to play alone or with a friend.

I actually really likes the design of this game. The music is much better than New Island and the game isn’t to difficult. There is a bonus world that’s harder but overall the game was mostly casual enjoyable gameplay. This is probably my favorite since Yoshi’s Island on SNES.

This is a great Yoshi game. It has the classic Yoshi gameplay with some extra things added, like the costumes you can wear that act as armor and absorb damage. I like the art design and level design more than Woolly World. You also have the ability to flip the camera around in a level. It is also fun to play with 2 players.

This defines the Yoshi franchise, this is an addicting, innocent and lovely game that I think all gamers should experience. This is by far one of the most creative/original games I've seen on the switch. The collectibles in this game keep making me want to come back to the levels to find them all, personally, I haven't got all of the collectibles myself, but I have finished the main storyline. This is one of the best Yoshi games out there for new players and returning players. In most of my reviews, I've pointed out that I don't care about the graphics, but the character in this game (Baby Bowser) looks exactly like Bowser Jr. without the bib and it's not his original style for Baby Bowser and that kind of disappointed me and it felt like the developers were being lazy with his character model, but that's just a minor fault of the developers. Also, the cutscenes are short, simple, and interactive and the way the bosses form is just brilliant, it takes you back to when you were a kid and you imagined every piece of furniture/scraps/machines/art/everyday items as an entity that had a personality attached to it. This game is so crafty and distracts you from how the real world is, the music is catchy and pleasant. I've also wondered why black and white Yoshi are not in this game? Overall an amazing experience, especially the Poochy and Poochy Pups mechanic that just makes the game a lot more fun. The multiplayer kind of changes the pace of things, but you get a laugh out of it. Especially the riding on each other part, that cracked me up, like Yoshi attack ride! Also, those mini-games are on point! Satisfying game.

I have played this with my 9 year old daughter and it’s a super cute and fun game. It’s easier than Yoshi’s Wooly World and that game was easy so you get the point. It has really cute graphics and love that on mellow mode you can keep flying higher and higher. One of the best Switch games we have bought.

A really cute game, very family-friendly, kids and adults would love it. This game thing is a good time: totally worth the full price tag. The graphics are beautiful, the story is cool, the costumes are funny. The only negative lis that it's a little too easy, but nevertheless it's really worth a play.
