yoshi
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fun game. The woolly world and yoshi are fantastic in this game. It's great that the children can play more than one player in the game. Tough to play together at once though as you're sharing one screen but still enjoyable

A little like Yoshi story
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't gotten too far in the game, but it does have similarities to Yoshi Story, which I loved, and it supports two players. The major downside is that I got a Yoshi Amiibo knowing this game was coming out, and Nintendo decided to make a yarn Yoshi instead, so plain old Yoshi doesn't do anything special :(

Perfect for Parent and child gaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the cutest game. It has plenty of exploring and platforming action to do in 1 or 2 players. It has an easy mode for little kids, and is perfect for a parent/child combo gaming (and my child is 5 yo)

Great for Kids and Adults
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The levels are fairly easy but great for younger kids. The bonus levels are much more difficult - even for adults. The game itself is cute and adorable.

Entertaining
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is so much fun! I just wish it had more levels! It's more challenging in classic mode but I like the fact you can switch to mellow mode and fly non stop. It really was worth buying.

Fun for Nintendo fans
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Any fan of Mario, yoshi, or Nintendo games should give it a go. This game is fun for a solo player or playing with a friend. It is not too difficult so kids and adults can jump right in.

Perfect for Every Player (and soft, too)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you've ever played the other Yoshi games, it's pretty much more of the same. That is to say, it still has fantastic gameplay and hidden areas to make any player happy. There's a casual mode that lets you fly indefinitely, sure to help you with some of the platforming jumping and the game rewards collection by letting you purchase badges to also make things easier. Want a challenge? Don't use any of that stuff and while on the easier side of games, still presents plenty of collection and elements to keep a seasoned gaming veteran interested. And yes, it's so adorable and fluffy I want to hug my TV and build a fort with it to live in. Forever.

Yoshi: Yarn is life.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great game. Nintendo's AAA titles are the best, in both game play and level design. The graphics are lifelike. This is fun for both adults (I am one,) and kids.

Amazing Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great game that is easy to pick up and play but also challenging at some point to find all the collectables in a level. A must for your Wii U collection.

Yoshis Cozy Fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are a fan of playing co-op New Super Mario, you will LOVE this game. I have been enjoying playing this co-op for the last week. No timer to worry about so you can spend more time collecting everything. Can be easy to pass a level for the little ones, or extremely challenging for those like myself that enjoy collecting everything for a perfect score. Super cute with its HD graphics and variety of Yoshis. Dont worry to much about the Amiibos, you can unlock lots of Yoshis without them. Get the Amiigo Yoshis for all the other games. Anyhow this is a must buy first party game.

Great for kids and adults
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very fun and beautiful game that everyone can play. Up to two players at a time can play. There is a kids mode where they can't really get hurt. Great game!

Great Game Overall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is gorgeous. The world is beautifully realized and the gameplay is solid. It isn't super easy and nerfed like Kirby's yarn adventure, it's challenging and rewarding. Overall a fun experience for younger or older Yoshi fans.

Great Game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is fun for the whole family! You can set it in 2 different modes to make it easier or harder. It's everything you'd expect from a Mario game!

Great Game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My 5 year old son loves it. The game is very easy to play and one that a toddler can start playing as it's very easy for them to maneuver around.

Yoshi is so ADORABLE!~
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been waiting for a Yoshi themed game for Wii U. This game for me has been so fun. I LOVE that there is different kinds of Yoshi. You have to collect all the yarn during each level in order to make the new Yoshi. I like the fact that the levels are not timed and you really can take your time to find all the required items to completely "gold star" that level. Overall, it's a cute, challenging game (some levels are easier than others. The "special" stages were pretty challenging to me). You can enjoy the game with a partner as well. ^.^

Classic Yoshi Platformer with a new twist
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great game overall. If you want to collect all the yarn pieces and flowers the game is much more challenging. A lot of things are hidden which tests your abilities and makes you question what might be behind every corner.

Cute Yoshi Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited to learn about this game because one of my favorite games when I was a kid was Yoshi's Story. This is similar, but more challenging. It's really beautiful to look at. My husband & I have been playing together. Co-op can be a little challenging because you kind of get in the way of each other, but it's still fun. There are tons of Yoshi colors to unlock & you can use most amiibos to unlock Yoshis the color of the amiibo you're using. We haven't finished the game yet but it's been a good experience so far.

Another solid first-party Nintendo title
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only played Wooly World in co-op mode so far, but that exactly why I bought it -- for co-op mode. It's a great casual game that my wife and I can play together; it requires less precision and urgency than Mario platformers, but it's still a lot of fun. Levels are a little longer than most Mario levels; they also contain more secrets than most Mario levels. Take your time on the levels -- they're an adventure! I do wish the camera wasn't locked in a fixed position. When one player runs too far ahead -- or jumps too far ahead, in most cases -- the other player loses control of their character. It would be nice if, instead, the "camera" would zoom out just a bit, revealing more of the screen before resorting to leaving someone behind.

Fun platformer with beautiful graphics.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a long time fan of the Yoshi's World franchise. This game brings everything you love about those games and adds to it. Everything looks beautiful in HD graphics and being able to finally play in co-op with a friend was probably the main reason I wanted this game. It's not terribly challenging to play, but if you don't use any "badges" or the easy-mode it provides a fun diversion with some challenge and puzzle solving. If you have younger gamers this is a great game because they can use the "badges" as a cheat and also use the easy-mode that would make it very easy to play the game. It's a very clever approach to the game with how they took the Mario/Yoshi world and turned everything into wool and yarn.
