    Certainly not a movie that's going to rank with Annie Hall in people's minds, but Woody Allen has been doing consistently good work as of late. This multi-story movie has a predictable ending in one of the stories, but it's the performances that make this enjoyable. Seeing Antonio Banderas, Naomi Watts, Anthony Hopkins, and Josh Brolin play out Allen's script makes this worth a look.

    Another Woody film shot abroad (Matchpoint, Scoop, Vicki Christina Barcelona). Lots of talking and beautiful scenery. Not Woody's best but definitely not his worst. Nice, breezy film to watch on a weekend morning.
