Entertaining but could have been better. Very early use of CGI is quaint. First time on BLu-ray so a quick buy. Upgrade over the DVD.

This is not one of the Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes literary canon, but it remains an entertainment creation of what the young Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick may have been like and a glimpse into the possibility of Holmes' romance with an attractive young woman, All purely conjecture, but it's as memorable as any of the class Sherlock Holmes mysteries.
