I got this basically for free because I had a coupon that was about to expire so I found this to kind of just use the coupon. Played it once, its not life altering, but it was fun. Now back to Mario Maker....

you can track your work out sessions. It takes some motivation to get started but for those that need a little guidance and continuous push, it may be beneficial after you get yourself going.

This game is not user friendly and nothing like it seems on the package. I would not recommend to others.

This was a great investment. I play this game on the days I missed the gym and I get a pretty good workout

Lots of different options from work out programs to just fun dance to keep you moving. Program workout is good and uses a good variety. Found muscles I didn't know existed.

The packaging and all of the info prior to this coming out indicated that you could personalize your workouts with mulitple modules and variety. While it is correct and you can pick and choose what types of excercises it is not customizable down beyong muscle region. Because of this I was unable to use the product. I have a leg injury and need to work on stregnthening it. It offered no seated exercises and when choosing core and hip/thigh excercises I had to ignore 2/3 of the content it gave me. This made for a very ineffective workout. The yoga application does not give enough instruction verbally (and I know yoga pretty well... that's how I got injured) to follow it since you are often not in a position to see what movement they want or when they want you to return to other positions. I ended up selling this back and purchasing the older Wii Fitness Plus and balance board, it is meeting my needs and expectations much better. I will purchase the Wii U version when it comes out in the spring.

I like the program, but tech support could not help with the freezing program. I tried to delete my data and reinstall the updates for the program, but it continues to freeze up. All other aspects of the game works well and is entertaining.
