If you are serious about loosing those unwanted pounds, the wii your shape will help you. I love it, the first time i exercised using your shape, I really felt that i was burning calories, as a matter of fact every calorie that I burned was displayed on the television right before me. Being able to tailor make my workout plan is just what I needed.

So I love this thing, it does say my arms are off on one exercise but other than that i am still working out really good, I know im still doing good nd i still get 90% great game if u want to get in shape

I am a huge fan of My Fitness Coach and have been using that program for over 5 months. I wanted a change, bought "Your Shape" and I can't wait to get my money back. The graphics are horrid,, the camera DOES NOT "follow you" and, as stated by the other reviewer, you're told over and over you're moving wrong or not at all when you are "mirroring" Jenny's moves. (yes, I had the camera correct and had a full view of me) A basic squat is not rocket science nor is marching in place! I tried to use this program on 3 separate occassions to give Jenny a fair shake, but am too frustrated to continue wasting my work out time with this DVD.

If i had more time i would use it alot more. The time i do have i feel great using it. My kids even use it.

Great item for someone that doesn't workout regularly. Very good workout.

this product got me motivated and off the couch. I really enjoy it.

The game is boring and you don't workout AT ALL. The in-game workout buddy (Jenny McCarthy) for some strange reason stops every 2 minutes to rest. I think Wiii Fit or Wii Fit Plus are better & Wii Active the best choice between all three. THIS GAME IS A WAIST OF MONEY!!!! DON'T BUY IT!!! I wish I would’ve known that before I did :(
