I just got the Ego 2 last week. I'm loving it so far. It's been hard to find online, maybe I received one of the first ones. The board is a little stiff right now, but I'm sure it will break in. I can't compare it to the 1st generation Ego because I haven't tried it out, but so far so good. Super fun!

This is for my grandson at college. Even though it is Christmas break, he has tried it out and loves it! He can't wait for Christmas break to be over and use it on campus!

I own 2 of these boards and can honestly say that they are great! They low maintenance and can go 18 miles on one charge. Also, your speed is around 12-13 mph on these babies. Very fun to use around town!

In my opinion, this is the best electronic board out there. Except for the boosted board but in my opinion that has too much torque, and power. So my opinion and review of this board is that it is the best in the biz.

I've been skating for no more than months and I decided to go get this board as a little birthday gift for myself. I initially thought 12 MPH, wouldn't be that fast, but it's plenty enough for me and I enjoy riding it whenever I possibly can.

I think the skateboards a little pricey although it is worth the money the technology has made the battery superlight and it seems to get the same amount of mileage out of me and speak great gift ideas gave one to my nine-year-old son got one for myself just a blast to skate around the neighborhood in

Bought my board 2 days ago after doing some research. People say that Yuneecs customer service is terrible and the boards are cheap quality but I figured If i got it through best buy it would be ok. Well I was wrong. The board looked really sleek when I got it. Nice design and coloring and it looked like a decent piece of machinery. I was instantly in love. I hopped on and learned to ride almost immediately. In fact I didn't fall once. I was able to reach it up to 11 mph on flat surface for a couple of miles. That night I put it away and charged it. Around 2 am I could hear a beeping sound coming from my living room. The board was off but wouldn't stop beeping and the remote was flashing blue and purple. The manual was absolutely no help and I even found a few typos in it. Eventually the board just didn't turn on at all. I messed with it for awhile before I decided it was NOT worth my $757. I wiped it down, cleaned it off, and put everything back in the box. The next morning I walked into Best buy and returned it for a full refund. The service at best buy was awesome and they were completely understanding. But I don't think they should continue to sell this product. It gets bad reviews all over the internet and I can testify that the board is NOT quality. I actually just reserved my boosted board earlier today because I know its worth the $$$. I do NOT recommend this.

after seeing the board , all the parts are not brand , there cheap just to ride only not curving the streets . wheels are big and nice but not brand wheel. it okay for a cheap board, but check with best buy warranty they only give you 15 days to return if some happens thats on you. so you have to deal with the original company yuneec . good for kid and adults but not sure if this will last year or just months .

This electric skateboard is totally fun - I needed something for getting to work from my house it this is prefect. It is only a mile to downtown from my house and the electric skateboard gets me to and from work for entire week without being recharged, It comes with a controller but using the iPhone Ap works better for me. I loosened up the trucks which gives it much better control.
