I was considering getting a 3DR Solo, but after some consideration, I went with the Yuneec, since the Solo did not come with a camera, a gimble, and unfinished software/software that only works with gopros. The yuneec comes with a really nice gimble, a 1080p camera (which is upgradeable to the 4K CGO3), follow me mode. 900 foot range, as well as a 400 foot ceiling. Also comes with 2 batteries at 25 minutes of flight time. You don't even need to pair it to a phone or tablet, the controller comes with a 5.5 inch screen with your telemetry info on there. Need to know how high the quad is? just look on the screen! I'm having way too much fun flying this thing. Make sure to watch all the videos and calibrate the compass before heading out.
